فيما أعلنت وزارة الدفاع الروسية تدمير مسيرات أوكرانية، أعرب المتحدث باسم الكرملين دميتري بيسكوف، اليوم (الإثنين)، عن أمله أن يُحدد قريباً موعد الجولة الثالثة من المفاوضات مع كييف.
وعقدت الجولة الثانية من المفاوضات المباشرة الروسية الأوكرانية في الثاني من يونيو في إسطنبول، وتبادل خلالها الطرفان وثائق تتضمن رؤيتهما لجوانب تسوية النزاع. وقال رئيس الوفد الروسي فلاديمير ميدينسكي حينئذ إن موسكو سلّمت الجانب الأوكراني مذكرة مقترحات من قسمين.
واتفق الوفدان على أن تسلم روسيا من جانب واحد 6 آلاف جثة لجنود أوكرانيين، إضافة إلى ذلك، وافقت موسكو وكييف على تبادل الأسرى المرضى والأسرى دون 25 عاماً، بصيغة «الكل مقابل الكل»، بما لا يقل عن 1000 أسير من كل جانب.
ميدانياً، أعلنت وزارة الدفاع الروسية أن أنظمة الدفاع الجوي دمرت 15 طائرة مسيرة أوكرانية في أجواء مقاطعة كورسك الحدودية مع أوكرانيا وفوق مياه بحر آزوف جنوب روسيا خلال الليلة الماضية.
وأكدت في بيان اعتراض 15 طائرة مسيرة أوكرانية وتدميرها بواسطة أنظمة الدفاع الجوي المناوبة، منها 10 فوق أراضي مقاطعة كورسك، و5 فوق مياه بحر آزوف، وفق ما نقلت وكالة «تاس».
بدوره، أعلن حاكم مقاطعة بيلغورود الروسية فياتشيسلاف غلادكوف أن القوات الأوكرانية استهدفت 7 مناطق بالمقاطعة باستخدام 54 طائرة مسيرة وأكثر من 60 قذيفة خلال الـ24 ساعة الماضية.
وأفادت وسائل إعلام روسية رسمية ومدونون بأن القوات الروسية سيطرت على أول قرية في منطقة دنيبروبيتروفسك وسط شرقي أوكرانيا بعد أن سيطرت موسكو على 950 كيلومتراً مربعاً في شهرين. وقال المسؤول الموالي لموسكو فلاديمير روجوف: إن القوات الروسية سيطرت على قرية داتشنوي داخل منطقة دنيبروبيتروفسك.
وتظهر خريطة «ديب ستيت» الأوكرانية أن روسيا تسيطر الآن على 113,588 كيلومتراً مربعاً من الأراضي الأوكرانية، بزيادة 943 كيلومتراً مربعاً خلال شهرين حتى 28 يونيو.
وأعلنت روسيا أنها مستعدة للسلام لكن يجب على أوكرانيا الانسحاب من كامل المناطق الأربع التي تسيطر موسكو على أغلبها. ويقول الرئيس الروسي فلاديمير بوتين إنها أصبحت الآن جزءاً من بلاده. فيما اعتبرت أوكرانيا أن هذه الشروط تعادل الاستسلام، وأن روسيا ليست مهتمة بالسلام، وأنهم لن يقبلوا أبداً بسيطرة موسكو على خمس مساحة أوكرانيا. وتشمل المناطق الخاضعة للسيطرة الروسية شبه جزيرة القرم، وأكثر من 99% من منطقة لوغانسك، وأكثر من 70% من مناطق دونيتسك وزابوريجيا وخيرسون، وجميعها في الشرق أو الجنوب الشرقي، وأجزاء من مناطق خاركيف وسومي ودنيبروبيتروفسك.
