بعد إصدار رئيس الوزراء السوداني كامل إدريس أمس (الثلاثاء) قراراً بتعيين الفريق حسن داوود كبرون كيان وزيراً للدفاع، والفريق شرطة بابكر سمرة مصطفى علي وزيراً للداخلية، وتوجيههما باتخاذ إجراءات تنفيذ القرار، توقعت مصادر سودانية الإبقاء على وزراء الحركات الموقعة على اتفاق جوبا في الحقائب الوزارية الحالية دون تغيير.
وذكرت وسائل إعلام سودانية أن استكمال التشكيل الوزاري الجديد المنتظر إعلانه قريباً سيُبقي أيضاً على وزيرَي الطاقة والصحة، مع احتفاظ الحركات المسلحة بحصتها كما كانت، ونقل الإعلام السوداني عن مصدر مقرّب من رئيس الوزراء كامل إدريس، أن الأخير تلقّى نصائح بالإبقاء على حقائب الحركات المسلحة من مسار دارفور، بعد عاصفة احتجاجات وتسريبات أكدت تذمر قادة الحركات من محاولة رئيس الوزراء تبديل أنصبة الحركات في الوزارات.
وقال المتحدث باسم حركة العدل والمساواة السودانية محمد زكريا، في بيان أمس، إن الحركات الموقعة على اتفاق جوبا للسلام متمسكة باتفاق جوبا بشكل كامل، بكل مبادئه واستحقاقاته، بما في ذلك المواقع التنفيذية التي أُقرّت بموجبه.
وكان رئيس الوزراء السوداني قد حل الحكومة خلال اجتماع (الأحد)، وكلف الأمناء العامين ووكلاء الوزارات للقيام بالأعمال بعد أن أعلن في 19 يونيو تشكل حكومة تتكون من 22 وزيراً، مشيراً إلى أنه سيشرع مباشرة في إعلان شاغلي الحقائب الوزارية بشكل تدريجي.
وتعهد رئيس الوزراء السوداني الجديد بـ«تحقيق تعيينات عادلة وأساسها الأكفأ والأكثر خبرة وجدارة والأميز سمعة ونزاهة»، لافتاً إلى أنه سينأى عن المحاصصات في اختياراته للوزراء.
After the Sudanese Prime Minister Kamel Idris issued a decision yesterday (Tuesday) to appoint Lieutenant General Hassan Dawood Kibrun Kayan as Minister of Defense, and Lieutenant General Police Babiker Samra Mustafa Ali as Minister of Interior, and directed them to take measures to implement the decision, Sudanese sources expected the ministers of the signatory movements to the Juba Agreement to remain in their current ministerial positions without change.
Sudanese media reported that the completion of the new ministerial formation, which is expected to be announced soon, will also retain the Ministers of Energy and Health, with the armed movements keeping their share as it was. Sudanese media quoted a source close to Prime Minister Kamel Idris, stating that the latter received advice to maintain the portfolios of the armed movements from the Darfur track, following a storm of protests and leaks that confirmed the discontent of the movement leaders regarding the Prime Minister's attempt to change the shares of the movements in the ministries.
Mohamed Zakaria, the spokesperson for the Sudanese Justice and Equality Movement, stated in a statement yesterday that the movements signatory to the Juba Peace Agreement are fully committed to the Juba Agreement, with all its principles and entitlements, including the executive positions that were established under it.
The Sudanese Prime Minister had dissolved the government during a meeting on Sunday and tasked the secretaries general and undersecretaries of ministries to carry out the work after announcing on June 19 the formation of a government consisting of 22 ministers, indicating that he would begin to gradually announce the holders of ministerial portfolios.
The new Sudanese Prime Minister pledged to "achieve fair appointments based on competence, experience, merit, and integrity," noting that he would steer clear of quotas in his selections for ministers.
