كشف مصدر دبلوماسي فرنسي، اليوم (الأربعاء)، كواليس الاتفاق بين إسرائيل وإيران، موضحاً إن فرنسا أبلغت إيران بشروط وقف إطلاق النار الذي اقترحته الولايات المتحدة، بناء على طلب واشنطن في الساعات التي سبقت الهدنة بين تل أبيب وطهران.
وأوضح المصدر أن وزير الخارجية الأمريكي، ماركو روبيو أجرى اتصالاً بنظيره الفرنسي جان نويل بارو مساء (الإثنين) لإبلاغه برغبة الولايات المتحدة في وقف لإطلاق النار بشرط ألا ترد إيران على الضربات الأمريكية، مبيناً إن روبيو طلب من جان نويل بارو نقل هذه المعلومات إلى نظيره الإيراني عباس عراقجي.
وقال المصدر: بعد المكالمة، تحدث الوزير الفرنسي مع نظيره الإيراني، لنقل شروط وتفاصيل النقاشات بين الأمريكيين والإسرائيليين، وأبدى عراقجي استعداده لمواصلة المفاوضات بشأن البرنامج النووي الإيراني بما في ذلك مع فرنسا وبريطانيا وألمانيا، وبعد هذه المحادثات، دخل وقف إطلاق النار حيز التنفيذ.
وأشار المصدر إلى أن رئيس الوزراء القطري أقنع إيران بالموافقة على وقف إطلاق النار مع إسرائيل، الذي اقترحته الولايات المتحدة، وذلك بعدما استهدفت صواريخ إيرانية قاعدة أمريكية قرب الدوحة، فيما أعلنت إسرائيل (الثلاثاء) موافقتها على إعلان الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب وقف إطلاق النار مع إيران.
وأكدت إسرائيل أنها حققت كل أهدافها في الحرب التي استمرت 12 يوماً مع طهران بعدما استهدفت مواقع نووية إيرانية.
A French diplomatic source revealed today (Wednesday) the behind-the-scenes details of the agreement between Israel and Iran, explaining that France informed Iran of the conditions for a ceasefire proposed by the United States, based on Washington's request in the hours leading up to the truce between Tel Aviv and Tehran.
The source clarified that U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio made a call to his French counterpart Jean-Noël Barrot on Monday evening to inform him of the United States' desire for a ceasefire on the condition that Iran does not retaliate against American strikes, indicating that Rubio asked Jean-Noël Barrot to convey this information to his Iranian counterpart Abbas Araghchi.
The source stated: After the call, the French minister spoke with his Iranian counterpart to convey the terms and details of the discussions between the Americans and Israelis, and Araghchi expressed his willingness to continue negotiations regarding the Iranian nuclear program, including with France, Britain, and Germany. Following these discussions, the ceasefire came into effect.
The source pointed out that the Qatari Prime Minister convinced Iran to agree to the ceasefire with Israel, which was proposed by the United States, after Iranian missiles targeted an American base near Doha, while Israel announced (on Tuesday) its approval of U.S. President Donald Trump's declaration of a ceasefire with Iran.
Israel confirmed that it achieved all its objectives in the 12-day war with Tehran after targeting Iranian nuclear sites.
