بعد يوم من الكشف عن هيكلها التنظيمي الجديد، أعلنت وزارة الداخلية السورية اليوم (الأحد)، تعيين قادة لأجهزة الأمن الداخلي في 12 محافظة، في إطار إعادة ترتيب وتنظيم المؤسسات الأمنية والعسكرية.
وعرضت الوزارة في بيان على حساباتها في شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي أسماء وصور 12 ضابطاً برتب مختلفة، بينهم عمداء وعقداء، جرى تعيينهم على رأس قيادة الأمن الداخلي في 12 محافظة من أصل 14 في عموم سورية، ولم تحدد الوزارة آلية اختيار القادة أو معايير ترقيتهم أو أي معلومات شخصية عنهم. لكن بينهم شخصيات سبق أن تولت مناصب أمنية في هيئة تحرير الشام.
وشملت التعيينات محافظتي الحسكة (شمال شرق)، والرقة (شمال) الواقعتين في مناطق نفوذ الإدارة الذاتية الكردية، التي لم تتوصل دمشق معها بعد إلى اتفاق نهائي بشأن مستقبل مناطق سيطرتها.
وأعلنت الوزارة تعيين 6 معاونين لوزير الداخلية، يتولون ملفات أمنية ومدنية وإدارية، في خطوة تعد مؤشراً على سعي السلطات لتثبيت بنيتها الإدارية والأمنية.
وكانت وزارة الداخلية السورية قد أعلنت أمس عن هيكلية تنظيمية جديدة تضمّنت إصلاحات وإجراءات عدة، بينها دمج جهازي الشرطة والأمن العام تحت مسمى قيادة الأمن الداخلي، واستحداث إدارات مكلفة بملفات عدة بينها حماية الحدود والبعثات الدبلوماسية ومكافحة الاتجار بالمخدرات والبشر.
وتشهد سورية تحولات متسارعة وكبيرة وتغييرات أمنية، خصوصاً بعد رفع الولايات المتحدة رسمياً العقوبات الاقتصادية.
وتتزامن هذه التغييرات الأمنية مع عودة عدد من السوريين النازحين إلى الأردن إلى محافظة درعا، وبحسب وكالة الأنباء السورية «سانا»، فإن مركز نصيب الحدودي في محافظة درعا استقبل قافلة تضم 64 عائلة مهجرة عائدة إلى البلاد.
وأشارت إلى أن عدد العائدين إلى مدينة الصنمين ومحيطها في درعا 350 شخصاً مع أمتعتهم وأثاثهم، مؤكدة أن هذا يأتي في إطار العودة الطوعية التي تحمل الرقم 14 على مستوى سورية، والأولى من الأردن، وهي بداية لحملات متتابعة حتى إعادة آخر مهجَّر سوري إلى بلاده.
One day after revealing its new organizational structure, the Syrian Ministry of Interior announced today (Sunday) the appointment of leaders for internal security agencies in 12 provinces, as part of a reorganization and restructuring of security and military institutions.
The ministry presented in a statement on its social media accounts the names and photos of 12 officers of various ranks, including colonels and brigadiers, who have been appointed to lead internal security in 12 out of 14 provinces across Syria. The ministry did not specify the selection process for the leaders, the criteria for their promotions, or any personal information about them. However, among them are figures who have previously held security positions in Hay'at Tahrir al-Sham.
The appointments included the provinces of Hasakah (northeast) and Raqqa (north), which are located in areas under the control of the Kurdish Autonomous Administration, with which Damascus has not yet reached a final agreement regarding the future of the areas under its control.
The ministry announced the appointment of 6 assistants to the Minister of Interior, who will handle security, civil, and administrative files, in a move that is seen as an indication of the authorities' efforts to solidify their administrative and security structure.
Yesterday, the Syrian Ministry of Interior announced a new organizational structure that included several reforms and measures, including the merging of the police and general security agencies under the name of the Internal Security Command, and the establishment of departments tasked with various files, including border protection, diplomatic missions, and combating drug and human trafficking.
Syria is witnessing rapid and significant transformations and security changes, especially after the United States officially lifted economic sanctions.
These security changes coincide with the return of a number of displaced Syrians from Jordan to the province of Daraa. According to the Syrian news agency "SANA," the Nasib border crossing in Daraa province received a convoy of 64 displaced families returning to the country.
It was noted that the number of returnees to the city of al-Sanamayn and its surroundings in Daraa is 350 people with their belongings and furniture, confirming that this is part of the voluntary return, which is the 14th of its kind in Syria and the first from Jordan, marking the beginning of successive campaigns until the last displaced Syrian returns to their homeland.
