قواته تتجه نحو «بارا».. الجيش السوداني يوسّع تمدّده في إقليم كردفان

After its recent military advances, the Sudanese army, along with joint forces and other allied groups, has expanded its military movements on multiple fronts in the Kordofan region.

Sudanese military sources reported that the army has begun its advance towards the city of "Bara" in North Kordofan via the "National Desert Road" axes.

According to the sources, the Sudanese army has completed its preparations to liberate the city of "Al-Nuhud" in the West state and is advancing in the south to break the siege of the city of Dalang, which has been ongoing for about two years, with the "Hunter Movement" joining forces with the "54th Brigade" of the army inside the city.

It is worth noting that the city of "Bara," located south of the city of Al-Obeid, the capital of the state, represents the largest gathering point for Rapid Support Forces in North Kordofan, and recently, its forces that withdrew from South Omdurman after the liberation of the Sudanese capital Khartoum have joined it, according to the sources.

For his part, the commander of the 10th Infantry Division in the city of Abu Jubeiha in South Kordofan, Major General Abdelaziz Ibrahim, confirmed the determination and readiness of the army forces to continue liberating and reclaiming all areas that they previously lost control over.

In the meantime, field sources stated that after the army took control of the "Um Labana" area around the city of Al-Khuwi, it has now completed its preparations to advance towards the city of "Al-Nuhud."

They added that the army has regained a number of villages in the vicinity of the "Dabibat" area and is advancing towards the city of "Abu Zabad."
