دشن أمير منطقة تبوك الأمير فهد بن سلطان بن عبدالعزيز، فعالية موسم التشجير الوطني 2025 «يد تغرس وأرض تزدهر» في نسختها الثانية، إيذانًا ببدء البرامج والأنشطة المصاحبة، مطلعاً على فيديو تعريفي عن البرنامج وأهدافه، وذلك خلال استقباله في مكتبه بالإمارة أمس مدير عام فرع وزارة البيئة والمياه والزراعة بالمنطقة المهندس أمجد بن عبدالله ثلاب، وممثل المركز الوطني لتنمية الغطاء النباتي ومكافحة التصحر بتبوك المهندس عارف بركات الميهوبي.
ونوه أمير تبوك خلال التدشين بحرص القيادة على الحفاظ على البيئة، مؤكداً أهمية استمرار المبادرات البيئية التي تعزز جودة الحياة، مثمناً جهود المركز الوطني لتنمية الغطاء النباتي في تحقيق مستهدفات المبادرات الوطنية ذات الصلة، وتسلم هدية تذكارية بهذه المناسبة. من جهة ثانية، استقبل أمير منطقة تبوك، مدير شرطة المنطقة اللواء محمد بن سفر الزهراني الذي قدم للسلام عليه بمناسبة تعيينه، وتمنى له التوفيق والسداد في مهمات عمله.
The Prince of Tabuk, Prince Fahd bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, inaugurated the National Tree Planting Season 2025 "A Hand that Plants and a Land that Thrives" in its second edition, marking the start of the accompanying programs and activities. He reviewed an introductory video about the program and its objectives during his meeting yesterday in his office at the emirate with the Director General of the Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture branch in the region, Engineer Amjad bin Abdullah Thalab, and the representative of the National Center for Vegetation Cover Development and Combating Desertification in Tabuk, Engineer Aref Barakat Al-Mihoubi.
During the inauguration, the Prince of Tabuk emphasized the leadership's commitment to preserving the environment, highlighting the importance of continuing environmental initiatives that enhance the quality of life. He appreciated the efforts of the National Center for Vegetation Cover Development in achieving the targets of related national initiatives and received a commemorative gift on this occasion. On another note, the Prince of Tabuk received the Director of the Region's Police, Major General Muhammad bin Safar Al-Zahrani, who came to greet him on the occasion of his appointment, wishing him success and fulfillment in his duties.
