وزير «الموارد» يكلّف مجلساً مؤقتاً لـ«أدبي منطقة الباحة»

According to "Okaz," the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Engineer Ahmed bin Suleiman Al-Rajhi, directed yesterday (Saturday) to reconstitute the interim board of directors of the Literary and Cultural Club in the Al-Baha region, chaired by Dr. Mansour bin Mohammed Muraisi Al-Harithi, with his deputy Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Zahrani, and the membership of each of the following: Khairallah bin Said Al-Zahrani, Amin bin Mohammed Al-Asri, Wafa bint Salem Al-Suayri, and Najwa bint Dhafir Al-Omari. This is to complete the procedures for alignment with the regulations of associations and private institutions, elect a new board of directors, and manage the club's affairs administratively and financially. The rationale for this formation states that based on Article 19 of the regulations of associations and private institutions, the board of directors of the Literary and Cultural Club in the Al-Baha region is being dismissed for violating the provisions of the regulations of associations and private institutions and its executive bylaws.
