دشّن أمير المنطقة الشرقية الأمير سعود بن نايف بن عبدالعزيز، اليوم الأحد، بحضور نائب أمير المنطقة الشرقية الأمير سعود بن بندر بن عبدالعزيز، فعاليات معرض «وظائف 2025» في نسخته الحادية عشرة، الذي تنظمه غرفة الشرقية في معارض شركة الظهران إكسبو، بمشاركة عدد من الجهات الحكومية ومؤسسات القطاع الخاص وشركات التوظيف والتدريب والتأهيل.
واطلعا خلال جولتهما في أجنحة المعرض على الخدمات والفرص الوظيفية التي تقدمها الجهات المشاركة، واستمعا إلى شرحٍ من رئيس مجلس إدارة غرفة الشرقية بدر بن سليمان الرزيزاء، حول أبرز أهداف المعرض، ومكوناته، والبرامج المصاحبة له، والفرص المطروحة أمام الباحثين والباحثات عن عمل.
وأكد أمير المنطقة الشرقية أن ما توليه القيادة الرشيدة من دعمٍ واهتمامٍ بالكوادر الوطنية وتوفير فرص العمل لهم، يجسّد حرصها الدائم على تمكين أبناء الوطن للمشاركة الفاعلة في سوق العمل، وتعزيز دورهم في مسيرة التنمية الشاملة التي تشهدها المملكة، مشيراً إلى أهمية استمرار الجهود في تطوير المهارات الوطنية وتأهيل الكفاءات الشابة، بما يتوافق مع متطلبات سوق العمل الحديثة ويعزز تنافسية الاقتصاد الوطني.
ونوّه إلى أن المعرض يمثل أحد النماذج الداعمة لتوجهات رؤية السعودية 2030 في رفع نسب التوطين، وتمكين الشباب والشابات من فرص عمل نوعية تواكب التحولات الاقتصادية والتنموية الكبرى التي تشهدها المملكة.
من جانبه، ثمّن رئيس مجلس إدارة غرفة الشرقية بدر الرزيزاء، رعاية أمير المنطقة الشرقية وحضور نائبه، مؤكداً أن ذلك يمنح المعرض دعماً مؤسسياً كبيراً يعزز من أثره في دعم التوظيف وتمكين الكفاءات الوطنية، لافتاً إلى أن المعرض يُعد منصة مميزة تجمع تحت سقف واحد نخبة من الشركات والمؤسسات المحلية والإقليمية، وتتيح التواصل المباشر بين الباحثين عن عمل ومسؤولي الموارد البشرية وأصحاب القرار.
وأضاف الرزيزاء أن نسخة هذا العام تتميز بتوسّع قطاعات المشاركة وإطلاق مبادرات نوعية لتأهيل الشباب من خلال «جادة الإرشاد المهني» التي تقدم جلسات توجيهية وبرامج تدريبية تعزز جاهزية الباحثين عن العمل، وتدعم بناء علاقات مهنية تسهم في تطوير مستقبلهم الوظيفي.
ويُذكر أن غرفة الشرقية أطلقت مبادرة إقامة معارض التوظيف منذ عام 2013، واستمرت من خلالها في تقديم خدمات نوعية تهدف إلى تعزيز التوطين، وربط الكفاءات الوطنية بفرص العمل المتاحة في مختلف القطاعات، فيما يشكل معرض «وظائف 2025» امتداداً لهذه الجهود، ومنصة وطنية تُسهم في تمكين أبناء وبنات الوطن من المساهمة في مسيرة التنمية والازدهار.
وفي ختام الحفل، كرم أمير المنطقة الشرقية الرعاة والداعمين للمعرض، مثمناً جهودهم في دعم المبادرات الهادفة إلى تعزيز التوظيف وتمكين الشباب السعودي.
The Prince of the Eastern Province, Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, inaugurated today, Sunday, in the presence of the Deputy Prince of the Eastern Province, Prince Saud bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, the activities of the "Jobs 2025" exhibition in its eleventh edition, organized by the Eastern Chamber at the Dhahran Expo, with the participation of several government entities, private sector institutions, and recruitment and training companies.
During their tour of the exhibition's pavilions, they reviewed the services and job opportunities offered by the participating entities and listened to an explanation from the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Eastern Chamber, Badr bin Suleiman Al-Raziza, about the main objectives of the exhibition, its components, accompanying programs, and the opportunities available for job seekers.
The Prince of the Eastern Province emphasized that the support and attention given by the wise leadership to national cadres and the provision of job opportunities for them reflects its constant commitment to empowering the nation's youth to actively participate in the labor market and enhancing their role in the comprehensive development journey that the Kingdom is witnessing. He pointed out the importance of continuing efforts to develop national skills and qualify young talents in line with the modern labor market requirements, which enhances the competitiveness of the national economy.
He noted that the exhibition represents one of the supportive models for the directions of Saudi Vision 2030 in raising localization rates and enabling young men and women to access quality job opportunities that align with the major economic and developmental transformations taking place in the Kingdom.
For his part, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Eastern Chamber, Badr Al-Raziza, appreciated the sponsorship of the Prince of the Eastern Province and the presence of his deputy, affirming that this provides the exhibition with significant institutional support that enhances its impact in supporting employment and empowering national talents. He pointed out that the exhibition is a distinguished platform that brings together a selection of local and regional companies and institutions under one roof, allowing direct communication between job seekers and human resources officials and decision-makers.
Al-Raziza added that this year's edition is characterized by the expansion of participating sectors and the launch of quality initiatives to qualify youth through the "Career Guidance Avenue," which offers advisory sessions and training programs that enhance the readiness of job seekers and support the building of professional relationships that contribute to developing their career future.
It is worth mentioning that the Eastern Chamber launched the initiative to hold job fairs in 2013 and has continued to provide quality services aimed at enhancing localization and connecting national talents with available job opportunities in various sectors, while the "Jobs 2025" exhibition represents an extension of these efforts and a national platform that contributes to enabling the sons and daughters of the nation to participate in the journey of development and prosperity.
