تتمحور برامج التطوير الحكومية في المملكة، طبقاً لمستهدفات «رؤية 2030»، في مشاريع تنموية ضخمة ومبادرات تعزز الخدمات والإنتاجية. ولعل أهم مرتكز لها برنامج التحول الوطني، الذي يهدف إلى تطوير الأداء الحكومي وتحسين مستوى الخدمات المعيشية، وبرنامج تطوير الصناعة الوطنية والخدمات اللوجستية، وبرنامج خدمة ضيوف الرحمن، وبرنامج الإسكان، وبرنامج جودة الحياة. وتركز هذه البرامج على محاور رئيسية في الاقتصاد المزدهر والمجتمع الحيوي والوطن الطموح لتحقيق الرؤية التي تنفذ بدقة من خلال جهات حكومية متعددة وعبر شراكة بين الجهات الحكومية والمستفيدين من الخدمات لضمان تلبية حاجات المجتمع وابتكار الحلول اللازمة.
واستعرض مجلس الوزراء، في جلسته، أمس (الثلاثاء)، خطط برامج التطوير في عدد من الجهات الحكومية؛ خصوصاً تلك المتصلة بمنظومة المشاريع التنموية، والمبادرات المتعلقة بتعزيز مستوى الخدمات والإنتاجية، وتسخير القدرات ومختلف الإمكانات، ما أكسب التخطيط التنموي سماته المميزة بمواءمة كل خطة لظروف المرحلة الخاصة بها، لتتعامل بمرونة وكفاءة مع متغيرات المرحلة القادمة ومستجداتها وصولاً إلى مستقبل زاهر وتنمية مستدامة.
The government development programs in the Kingdom are centered around the objectives of "Vision 2030," focusing on massive developmental projects and initiatives that enhance services and productivity. Perhaps the most important pillar of these programs is the National Transformation Program, which aims to improve government performance and elevate the standard of living services, along with the National Industrial Development and Logistics Program, the Guests of Rahman Program, the Housing Program, and the Quality of Life Program. These programs focus on key areas in a thriving economy, a vibrant society, and an ambitious nation to achieve the vision, which is implemented precisely through various government entities and through a partnership between government agencies and service beneficiaries to ensure that community needs are met and necessary solutions are innovated.
The Council of Ministers reviewed, in its session yesterday (Tuesday), the development program plans in several government entities; particularly those related to the system of developmental projects, initiatives aimed at enhancing service levels and productivity, and harnessing capabilities and various resources, which has given developmental planning its distinctive characteristics by aligning each plan with the specific circumstances of its phase, allowing it to deal flexibly and efficiently with the changes and developments of the upcoming phase, leading to a bright future and sustainable development.
