تحت رعاية وزير الداخلية الأمير عبدالعزيز بن سعود بن نايف بن عبدالعزيز، دشّن المشرف على وكالة وزارة الداخلية للأحوال المدنية اللواء الدكتور صالح بن سعد المربع اليوم، 4 خدمات إلكترونية جديدة للأحوال المدنية عبر منصة وزارة الداخلية الإلكترونية «أبشر»، في مقر نادي وزارة الداخلية بمنطقة الرياض.
وشملت الخدمات الجديدة، طلب تغيير الاسم الأول للمواطن، وطلب توصيل شهادة الوفاة، وطلب شهادة الوفاة بدل مفقود وبدل تالف، وطلب تحديث شهادة الميلاد.
وتأتي هذه الخدمات الجديدة في إطار تعزيز جهود وزارة الداخلية في التحول الرقمي لتقديم حلول ذكية للمواطنين والمقيمين، وتوفير الوقت والجهد والارتقاء بجودة خدمات الأحوال المدنية المقدمة لهم.
Under the patronage of the Minister of Interior, Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, the Supervisor of the Ministry of Interior's Civil Status Agency, Major General Dr. Saleh bin Saad Al-Murabba, today launched 4 new electronic services for civil status through the Ministry of Interior's electronic platform "Absher," at the Ministry of Interior Club in the Riyadh region.
The new services included a request to change the citizen's first name, a request for the delivery of a death certificate, a request for a replacement death certificate for a lost or damaged one, and a request to update the birth certificate.
These new services come as part of the Ministry of Interior's efforts to enhance digital transformation to provide smart solutions for citizens and residents, saving time and effort and improving the quality of civil status services provided to them.
