اتخذت هيئة تنظيم الإعلام إجراءً حازماً بحق عدد من المرخصين الإعلاميين، عقب مشاركتهم في مقطع مصوّر مخالف للأنظمة ويتنافى مع الضوابط المهنية والقيم المجتمعية، مؤكدةً حرصها على صون أخلاقيات العمل الإعلامي وحماية الذوق العام من أي تجاوزات.
استدعاء ومساءلة
وأوضحت الهيئة أنها استدعت المشاركين في المقطع المخالف وناشره للتحقيق في محتواه الذي أثار استنكاراً واسعاً عبر المنصات الرقمية، مشيرةً إلى أن ما ورد فيه يُعد إخلالاً بالمسؤولية المهنية التي تفرضها التراخيص الممنوحة للعاملين في القطاع الإعلامي.
تعليق التراخيص
وأضافت الهيئة أنها قررت تعليق تراخيص المخالفين مؤقتاً إلى حين استكمال الإجراءات النظامية بحقهم، مؤكدة أن هذه الخطوة تأتي ضمن نهجها في تطبيق الأنظمة بعدالة وشفافية دون تهاون مع أي محتوى مُسيء.
التزام بالمعايير المهنية
وشددت «تنظيم الإعلام» على استمرارها في مراقبة المحتوى الإعلامي في مختلف المنصات، لضمان التزام الجميع بالمعايير المهنية والضوابط الأخلاقية، موضحة أن الهدف هو الحفاظ على بيئة إعلامية مسؤولة تعكس قيم المجتمع السعودي وثوابته.

The Authority added that it has decided to temporarily suspend the licenses of the violators until the regulatory procedures against them are completed, confirming that this step is part of its approach to applying regulations fairly and transparently without leniency towards any offensive content.
