رصدت الهيئة العامة للغذاء والدواء خلال شهر سبتمبر من العام الحالي عددًا من المخالفات في 8 منشآت، وفرضت غرامات مالية تجاوزت 717,200 ريال، لعدم التزامها بتطبيق نظام التتبع الإلكتروني للمستحضرات الصيدلانية «رصد»، الذي يُلزم المنشآت بتوفير الأدوية والإبلاغ المباشر عن تحركها.
وشملت المخالفات 6 منشآت لم تلتزم بالإبلاغ الفوري عن تحرك الدواء، ومنشأة واحدة لم توفر مخزونًا كافيًا يغطي مستحضراتها لمدة 6 أشهر، فيما امتنعت منشأة أخرى عن الإبلاغ المبكر عن توقع نقص أو انقطاع في إمدادات الأدوية، وهو ما يُعد إخلالًا بمتطلبات السلامة والإمداد الدوائي.
ويهدف نظام «رصد» إلى تتبع حركة جميع الأدوية البشرية منذ لحظة خروجها من المصنع وحتى وصولها إلى المستهلك، بالاعتماد على أحدث التقنيات لضمان التوفر الدوائي، وتعزيز الأمن الصحي، ومكافحة الغش التجاري.
وتؤكد الهيئة أن لائحة نظام المنشآت والمستحضرات الصيدلانية والعشبية تنص على عقوبات صارمة تصل إلى خمسة ملايين ريال، إضافة إلى إمكانية إغلاق المنشأة الصيدلية مؤقتًا لمدة لا تتجاوز 180 يومًا، أو إلغاء الترخيص نهائيًا في حال تكرار المخالفات أو وجود تهديد للصحة العامة.
The Saudi Food and Drug Authority monitored a number of violations in 8 establishments during September of this year, imposing financial penalties exceeding 717,200 riyals for failing to comply with the electronic tracking system for pharmaceutical products "Rasid," which requires establishments to provide medications and report their movement directly.
The violations included 6 establishments that did not comply with the immediate reporting of medication movement, one establishment that did not provide sufficient stock to cover its products for 6 months, and another establishment that refrained from early reporting of anticipated shortages or interruptions in drug supplies, which constitutes a breach of safety and pharmaceutical supply requirements.
The "Rasid" system aims to track the movement of all human medications from the moment they leave the factory until they reach the consumer, relying on the latest technologies to ensure drug availability, enhance health security, and combat commercial fraud.
The authority confirms that the regulations for pharmaceutical and herbal establishments and products stipulate strict penalties of up to five million riyals, in addition to the possibility of temporarily closing the pharmacy for a period not exceeding 180 days, or permanently revoking the license in the event of repeated violations or a threat to public health.
