أقام خريجو جامعة كارنيجي ميلون الأمريكية في السعودية لقاءهم السنوي لعام 2025، بمشاركة نحو 50 خريجاً وخريجة من مختلف كليات الجامعة.
وتحدث عميد المكتبات بجامعة كارنيجي ميلون من مدينة بتسبرغ كيث وبستير عن دور الجامعة عالمياً، التي يتجاوز عمرها 125 عاماً، مقدماً عرضاً إحصائياً عن خريجي الجامعة السعوديين منذ 55 عاماً.
وقال: إن الجامعة تحتل المرتبة 24 عالمياً ضمن تصنيف «Times Higher Education» لأفضل الجامعات، وتعنى بمجالات الأبحاث والدراسات العليا، حيث تخرجت فيها طالبات وطلاب سعوديون في تخصصات متنوعة تشمل الأمن السيبراني، والذكاء الاصطناعي، ومختلف فروع الهندسة وعلوم الحاسب.
ويعكس هذا اللقاء الدور المتنامي لخريجي جامعة كارنيجي ميلون في المملكة، وتعزيز تبادل الخبرات، وبناء جسور التعاون بين الأكاديميين والممارسين والقيادات التنفيذية، بما يدعم تحقيق مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030 في مجالات التقنية، والابتكار، والاستثمار في رأس المال البشري.

The graduates of Carnegie Mellon University in the United States held their annual meeting for 2025 in Saudi Arabia, with the participation of about 50 graduates from various colleges of the university.
The Dean of Libraries at Carnegie Mellon University from Pittsburgh, Keith W. Bister, spoke about the university's global role, which has a history of over 125 years, presenting a statistical overview of Saudi graduates from the university over the past 55 years.
He stated that the university ranks 24th globally in the "Times Higher Education" ranking of the best universities and focuses on research and graduate studies, where Saudi students have graduated in various fields including cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and various branches of engineering and computer science.
This meeting reflects the growing role of Carnegie Mellon University graduates in the Kingdom, enhancing the exchange of experiences and building bridges of cooperation between academics, practitioners, and executive leaders, supporting the achievement of the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 in the fields of technology, innovation, and investment in human capital.
