وقّعت إمارة المنطقة الشرقية ونادي الصقور السعودي، اليوم (الخميس) في مقر النادي بمدينة الرياض، اتفاقية تعاون لاستضافة وتنظيم المنطقة الشرقية لفعالية «كأس نادي الصقور السعودي 2025»، والمقرر إقامتها في المنطقة الشرقية خلال الفترة من 23 إلى 30 نوفمبر 2025م.
مثّل إمارة المنطقة الشرقية في توقيع الاتفاقية وكيل الإمارة تركي بن عبدالله التميمي، فيما مثل نادي الصقور السعودي الرئيس التنفيذي طلال بن عبدالعزيز الشميسي، وذلك في إطار تعزيز التعاون المشترك لدعم الفعاليات الوطنية وترسيخ الموروث الثقافي والهوية الوطنية.
وأوضح وكيل إمارة المنطقة الشرقية تركي بن عبدالله التميمي أن استضافة هذه الفعالية تأتي إنفاذًا لتوجيهات صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير سعود بن نايف بن عبدالعزيز أمير المنطقة الشرقية، وبمتابعة من صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير سعود بن بندر بن عبدالعزيز نائب أمير المنطقة الشرقية، لتعزيز حضور المنطقة في الفعاليات الوطنية واستقطاب الفعاليات النوعية التي تسهم في إبراز الموروث الثقافي وتنشيط الحركة السياحية والاقتصادية بما يواكب مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030.
ويخصص نادي الصقور السعودي جوائز مالية تتجاوز 10 ملايين ريال للفائزين بأشواط مسابقة «الملواح»، تشمل الهواة والملاك والمحترفين والنخبة المحليين، في خطوة تهدف إلى تقديم تجربة ثرية لعشاق هذه الهواية مع الحفاظ على روح المنافسة العالية التي تميز هذا المجال.
يُذكر أن «كأس نادي الصقور السعودي» أقيم العام الماضي في محافظة حفر الباطن، حيث يواصل النادي تنظيم البطولة سنوياً في مدن ومحافظات مختلفة بالتعاون مع إمارات المناطق، بهدف تسليط الضوء على موروث الصقارة، وتشجيع الصقارين على ممارسة هوايتهم عبر فعاليات متنوعة، إلى جانب دعم المجتمع المحلي وتعزيز التنمية.
The Eastern Province Emirate and the Saudi Falcons Club signed a cooperation agreement today (Thursday) at the club's headquarters in Riyadh to host and organize the Eastern Province for the event "Saudi Falcons Club Cup 2025," which is scheduled to take place in the Eastern Province from November 23 to 30, 2025.
The agreement was signed by the Eastern Province Emirate's representative, Deputy Emir Turki bin Abdullah Al-Tamimi, while the Saudi Falcons Club was represented by CEO Talal bin Abdulaziz Al-Shamisi, as part of efforts to enhance mutual cooperation to support national events and reinforce cultural heritage and national identity.
Deputy Emir of the Eastern Province Turki bin Abdullah Al-Tamimi explained that hosting this event comes in implementation of the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Emir of the Eastern Province, and under the supervision of His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Emir of the Eastern Province, to enhance the region's presence in national events and attract quality activities that contribute to highlighting cultural heritage and stimulating tourism and economic movement in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
The Saudi Falcons Club allocates cash prizes exceeding 10 million riyals for the winners of the "Mlawah" competition, including amateurs, owners, professionals, and local elites, in a step aimed at providing a rich experience for enthusiasts of this hobby while maintaining the high spirit of competition that characterizes this field.
It is worth mentioning that the "Saudi Falcons Club Cup" was held last year in Hafr Al-Batin, and the club continues to organize the championship annually in various cities and governorates in cooperation with the regional emirates, aiming to highlight the heritage of falconry, encourage falconers to practice their hobby through diverse activities, in addition to supporting the local community and enhancing development.
