أطلق التحالف الإسلامي العسكري لمحاربة الإرهاب، أمس (الأحد)، بمقره في الرياض، البرنامج المتخصص بعنوان «التحليل الاستخباري»، بمشاركة 20 مرشحاً متدرباً من 10 دول أعضاء في التحالف، وذلك ضمن سلسلة البرامج التدريبية التي ينفذها التحالف في إطار مبادراته؛ لبناء القدرات وتعزيز الكفاءات في مجالات محاربة الإرهاب.
ويهدف برنامج «التحليل الاستخباري» إلى تمكين المتدربين من فهم طبيعة التفكير وأنواعه ومهاراته الأساسية، والتعرّف على صفات المحلل الاستخباراتي الناجح، إضافةً إلى تزويدهم بالمهارات المنهجية للتحليل وأساليبه المختلفة، كما تسعى الدورة إلى تأهيل المشاركين لفهم العلاقة التكاملية بين التفكير والتحليل، وتعزيز قدرتهم على توظيف مهارات التحليل في دعم عملية صنع القرار، واتخاذ القرارات الدقيقة المبنية على البيانات والمعطيات الاستخبارية.
وأوضح الأمين العام للتحالف اللواء الطيار الركن محمد المغيدي، أن إطلاق هذا البرنامج يأتي ضمن نهج التحالف في تطوير القدرات المؤسسية والفردية للدول الأعضاء، وتمكين الكوادر الوطنية من أدوات التحليل العلمي والعملي في التعامل مع الأزمات الأمنية والفكرية، مؤكداً أن التحليل الاستخباري يُعدُّ من الركائز الجوهرية في دعم صناعة القرار، وتوحيد الجهود لمواجهة التحديات المعاصرة.
تطوير الكفاءات الوطنية
وأفاد المغيدي، أن التحليل الاستخباري لم يعد خياراً تكميلياً، بل أصبح عنصراً حاسماً في حماية الأمن الوطني والإقليمي، ومن خلال هذه البرامج يسعى التحالف إلى تمكين المتخصصين في الدول الأعضاء من اكتساب مهارات استباقية لفهم الأزمات قبل وقوعها، ومعالجتها بوعي واحتراف.
ويأتي البرنامج ضمن سلسلة من البرامج التدريبية التي ينفذها التحالف الإسلامي العسكري لمحاربة الإرهاب بمقره في الرياض؛ الهادفة إلى تعزيز القدرات وتطوير الكفاءات الوطنية في المجالات الأمنية والفكرية والإعلامية والعسكرية ذات الصلة بمحاربة الإرهاب.

The Islamic Military Alliance to Fight Terrorism launched yesterday (Sunday) at its headquarters in Riyadh a specialized program titled "Intelligence Analysis," with the participation of 20 trainee candidates from 10 member countries of the alliance. This is part of a series of training programs implemented by the alliance as part of its initiatives to build capacities and enhance competencies in the fields of combating terrorism.
The "Intelligence Analysis" program aims to enable trainees to understand the nature of thinking, its types, and its essential skills, as well as to recognize the qualities of a successful intelligence analyst. Additionally, it seeks to equip them with methodological skills for analysis and its various techniques. The course also aims to prepare participants to understand the integrative relationship between thinking and analysis, and to enhance their ability to employ analytical skills in supporting the decision-making process and making accurate decisions based on data and intelligence information.
The Secretary-General of the alliance, Major General Pilot Mohammed Al-Mogheidi, explained that the launch of this program comes as part of the alliance's approach to developing the institutional and individual capacities of member states and empowering national personnel with the tools of scientific and practical analysis in dealing with security and ideological crises. He emphasized that intelligence analysis is one of the core pillars in supporting decision-making and unifying efforts to face contemporary challenges.

Al-Mogheidi stated that intelligence analysis is no longer an optional complement but has become a crucial element in protecting national and regional security. Through these programs, the alliance seeks to empower specialists in member countries to acquire proactive skills to understand crises before they occur and to address them with awareness and professionalism.
