تأكيدا على جهود ولي العهد في تنظيم القطاع العقاري وتحقيق الاستقرار السكني، وجّه وزير الشؤون الإسلامية والدعوة والإرشاد الشيخ الدكتور عبداللطيف بن عبدالعزيز آل الشيخ، خطباء الجوامع في مختلف مناطق المملكة بتخصيص خطبة الجمعة القادمة بتاريخ 18 ربيع الآخر 1447هـ، للحديث عن خطر الجشع والمبالغة في رفع الإيجارات والمكاسب العقارية، مع حثّ ملاك العقار على تجنّب الجشع والمبالغة في المكاسب لما في ذلك من الإضرار بالمستأجرين ومشقة على الأسر.
وتضمن التوجيه أن تتناول الخطبة بيان المعاني السامية للأنظمة التي صدرت بتوجيهات ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان، لتحقيق التوازن في القطاع العقاري، التي تهدف إلى تسهيل تأمين السكن للمواطنين والمقيمين والتيسير عليهم، لما في ذلك من الاستقرار النفسي والاجتماعي لكثير من الأسر، استشهادا بقول النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: «اللَّهُمَّ مَن وَلِيَ مِن أَمْرِ أُمَّتِي شَيْئاً فَشَقَّ عَلَيْهِمْ فَاشْقُقْ عَلَيْهِ، وَمَن وَلِيَ مِن أَمْرِ أُمَّتِي شَيْئاً فَرَفَقَ بِهِمْ فَارْفُقْ بِهِ».
كما نصّ توجيه الوزير على تضمين الخطبة التحذير من الطمع والجشع المذموم شرعا، ومن ذلك المبالغة في رفع الإيجارات طلبا للربح الزائد، لما في ذلك من التضييق على الناس في معيشتهم، وقد نهى الإسلام عن الإضرار بالمسلمين، قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: «مَن ضارَّ أضرَّ الله به، ومَن شاقَّ شقَّ الله عليه».
وشمل التوجيه كذلك حثّ ملاك العقارات على مراقبة الله تعالى، والقناعة بالكسب المعقول، ومراعاة أحوال المستأجرين بالتيسير عليهم، واحتساب الأجر في التخفيف عنهم، والتحلّي بالسماحة في التعامل معهم، عملا بقول النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: «رحم الله رجلا سمحا إذا باع، وإذا اشترى، وإذا اقتضى».
وأكد التوجيه على أهمية أن تكون العلاقات بين الناس قائمة على الأخوّة والمحبة والرحمة، مصداقا لقوله تعالى: (إِنَّمَا الْمُؤْمِنُونَ إِخْوَةٌ)، وقول النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: «الرَّاحِمُونَ يَرْحَمُهُمُ الرَّحْمَنُ، ارْحَمُوا مَنْ فِي الْأَرْضِ يَرْحَمْكُمْ مَنْ فِي السَّمَاءِ».
ويأتي هذا التوجيه ضمن جهود وزارة الشؤون الإسلامية والدعوة والإرشاد، بتوجيه ومتابعة الوزير الشيخ الدكتور عبداللطيف بن عبدالعزيز آل الشيخ، في تسخير منابر الجمعة لمعالجة القضايا ذات الأثر المباشر في حياة الناس، وترسيخ القيم الإسلامية التي تدعو إلى العدل والرحمة والاعتدال، بما يحقق المصلحة العامة للمجتمع، إلى جانب الحفاظ على القيم الإسلامية الأصيلة والمكتسبات الوطنية التي تحث على اللحمة والتعاون في بناء الوطن.
In confirmation of the Crown Prince's efforts to organize the real estate sector and achieve housing stability, the Minister of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance, Sheikh Dr. Abdul Latif bin Abdulaziz Al Sheikh, directed the mosque preachers in various regions of the Kingdom to dedicate the upcoming Friday sermon on the 18th of Rabi' al-Thani 1447 AH, to discuss the dangers of greed and the excessive increase in rents and real estate profits, urging property owners to avoid greed and excessive gains due to the harm it causes to tenants and the hardship it brings to families.
The directive included that the sermon should address the noble meanings of the regulations issued under the guidance of the Crown Prince, Prime Minister Prince Mohammed bin Salman, to achieve balance in the real estate sector, which aims to facilitate housing for citizens and residents and ease their burdens, as this contributes to the psychological and social stability of many families, citing the Prophet's saying, peace be upon him: "O Allah, whoever is in charge of my Ummah's affairs and makes it difficult for them, make it difficult for him, and whoever is in charge of my Ummah's affairs and is gentle with them, be gentle with him."
The minister's directive also stipulated that the sermon should include a warning against the blameworthy greed and avarice, including the excessive raising of rents in pursuit of excessive profit, as this constricts people's livelihoods. Islam has prohibited harming Muslims, as the Prophet, peace be upon him, said: "Whoever harms others, Allah will harm him, and whoever makes things difficult for others, Allah will make things difficult for him."
The directive also included urging property owners to be mindful of Allah Almighty, to be content with reasonable profits, to consider the circumstances of tenants by easing their burdens, to seek reward in alleviating their difficulties, and to embody kindness in dealing with them, in accordance with the Prophet's saying, peace be upon him: "May Allah have mercy on a man who is generous when he sells, when he buys, and when he demands payment."
The directive emphasized the importance of relationships among people being based on brotherhood, love, and mercy, in accordance with Allah's saying: (Indeed, the believers are brothers), and the Prophet's saying, peace be upon him: "The merciful are shown mercy by the Merciful; have mercy on those on earth, and you will be shown mercy by those in the heavens."
This directive comes as part of the efforts of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance, under the guidance and follow-up of Minister Sheikh Dr. Abdul Latif bin Abdulaziz Al Sheikh, in utilizing Friday sermons to address issues that have a direct impact on people's lives and to instill Islamic values that call for justice, mercy, and moderation, achieving the public interest of society, alongside preserving authentic Islamic values and national gains that encourage unity and cooperation in building the nation.
