وزير العدل يوجّه بإطلاق خدمة «إصدار وكالة» لقطاع الأعمال

The Minister of Justice, Dr. Walid Muhammad Al-Samaani, has directed the launch of the electronic agency issuance service for the business sector through the "Najiz Business" portal, as part of the support for the business sector and the facilitation of judicial transactions.

This service supports the journey of digital transformation and enhances the business environment, enabling company representatives to issue agencies electronically with ease and convenience.

The ministry confirmed that the launch of the service is part of its ongoing efforts to provide digital solutions that contribute to facilitating transactions in the business sector. The service allows beneficiaries to issue agencies electronically with simplified steps and around the clock. The Ministry of Justice has called on all sectors of business to take advantage of the service through the "Najiz Business" portal.
