برعاية أمير منطقة جازان الأمير محمد بن عبدالعزيز بن محمد بن عبدالعزيز، وبحضور وكيل إمارة المنطقة المساعد للشؤون التنموية المهندس محمد بن أحمد الأحمري، وعدد من مديري الدوائر الحكومية والأدباء والمثقفين والمهتمين بتاريخ المملكة وحضارتها، نظم نادي الثقافة والفنون بمحافظة صبيا - بالشراكة مع بيت الثقافة - ندوة تاريخية بعنوان «بلادنا تاريخ وحضارة»، على مسرح بيت الثقافة بمدينة جيزان.
وشارك في الندوة كل من الدكتور علي الصميلي، والدكتور فيصل الطميحي، فيما أدار الحوار الدكتور إبراهيم أبو هادي النعمي. وتم خلال الندوة استعراض نشأة الدولة السعودية الأولى وما واجهته من تحديات، مرورا بقيام الدولة السعودية الثانية، وصولا إلى تأسيس الدولة السعودية الثالثة على يد الملك المؤسس عبدالعزيز بن عبدالرحمن آل سعود – طيب الله ثراه – في إشارة إلى جهوده في توحيد البلاد وبناء نهضتها. كما تناولت الندوة التطور الحضاري الذي شهدته المملكة في عهد الملوك من أبناء المؤسس، إلى جانب قراءة تاريخية في المسكوكات المعدنية التي أصدرها الملك عبدالعزيز، والتي جسدت مراحل التوحيد وتطور الدولة.
وثمّن رئيس نادي الثقافة والفنون بصبيا حسين بن ضيف الله مريع رعاية أمير المنطقة لهذه الندوة، مؤكدا أن هذا الدعم يشكل حافزا مهما لإثراء المشهد الثقافي، وتعزيز الهوية الوطنية، والاعتزاز بالإرث التاريخي العريق.
وتأتي هذه الندوة ضمن سلسلة من الفعاليات والبرامج التي ينظمها النادي، بهدف نشر الوعي الثقافي، وتسليط الضوء على المنجزات الحضارية للمملكة عبر تاريخها الممتد.
Under the patronage of the Emir of Jazan Region, Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Mohammed bin Abdulaziz, and in the presence of the Assistant Emirate of the Region for Development Affairs, Engineer Mohammed bin Ahmed Al-Ahmari, along with a number of directors of government departments, writers, intellectuals, and those interested in the history and civilization of the Kingdom, the Culture and Arts Club in the Governorate of Sabya - in partnership with the House of Culture - organized a historical seminar titled "Our Country: History and Civilization," at the House of Culture theater in the city of Jizan.
The seminar featured participation from Dr. Ali Al-Sumaily and Dr. Faisal Al-Tamihi, with the discussion moderated by Dr. Ibrahim Abu Hadi Al-Nami. During the seminar, the establishment of the First Saudi State and the challenges it faced were reviewed, leading to the establishment of the Second Saudi State, and culminating in the foundation of the Third Saudi State by the founding king Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al Saud – may God have mercy on him – highlighting his efforts in unifying the country and building its renaissance. The seminar also addressed the cultural development witnessed by the Kingdom during the reigns of the sons of the founder, alongside a historical reading of the coins issued by King Abdulaziz, which embodied the stages of unification and the development of the state.
The President of the Culture and Arts Club in Sabya, Hussein bin Dhef Allah Murri, appreciated the Emir's support for this seminar, affirming that this support serves as an important incentive to enrich the cultural scene, enhance national identity, and foster pride in the rich historical heritage.
This seminar is part of a series of events and programs organized by the club, aimed at raising cultural awareness and highlighting the civilizational achievements of the Kingdom throughout its extensive history.
