استقبل أمير المنطقة الشرقية الأمير سعود بن نايف بن عبدالعزيز، في مكتبه، اليوم (الإثنين)، رئيسة مجلس إدارة جمعية سند لدعم الأطفال المرضى بالسرطان الأميرة عادلة بنت عبدالله بن عبدالعزيز، يرافقها أعضاء مجلس الإدارة.
وأشاد أمير المنطقة الشرقية بما تضطلع به جمعية سند من أدوار إنسانية نبيلة في خدمة الأطفال المصابين بالسرطان، وتقديم البرامج النوعية التي تسهم في تحسين جودة حياتهم، مؤكدا أن هذه الجهود تعكس صورة مضيئة للعمل الخيري في المملكة، وما يحظى به من دعم واهتمام من القيادة.
بدورها، قدمت الأميرة عادلة عرضا لأمير المنطقة الشرقية حول أبرز برامج ومبادرات الجمعية، وما تسعى إليه من توفير بيئة داعمة للأطفال المرضى وأسرهم، من خلال تقديم خدمات نفسية واجتماعية متكاملة وتوظيف الموارد بكفاءة وفاعلية لتخفيف معاناتهم، وتعزيز وعي المجتمع بأهمية المساندة لهذه الفئة الغالية.

The Prince of the Eastern Province, Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, received today (Monday) in his office the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of the Sanad Association for Supporting Children with Cancer, Princess Adila bint Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, accompanied by the board members.
The Prince of the Eastern Province praised the noble humanitarian roles that the Sanad Association plays in serving children with cancer and providing quality programs that contribute to improving their quality of life, affirming that these efforts reflect a bright image of charitable work in the Kingdom and the support and attention it receives from the leadership.
For her part, Princess Adila presented an overview to the Prince of the Eastern Province about the association's most prominent programs and initiatives, and what it aims to achieve in providing a supportive environment for sick children and their families by offering comprehensive psychological and social services and efficiently utilizing resources to alleviate their suffering, while raising community awareness about the importance of supporting this precious group.
