Several education departments in various regions and governorates of the Kingdom will begin, starting today (Monday), the level assessment test for continuing education for male and female students in the intermediate and secondary stages.
The test is an evaluative program applied to applicants to verify their possession of basic skills and knowledge in a range of subjects. Based on the score they achieve, they will be placed in the appropriate grade to continue their education according to specific procedures and regulations.
The ministry indicated that the cases accepted for level assessment include students who have never received education and possess basic skills and knowledge, students who have been out of school for three years or more, those who resumed after an absence of three years or more and have exceeded the legal age, students who lost their documents due to circumstances beyond their control, newcomers from abroad who were placed in a lower grade compared to their age, newcomers from outside the Kingdom whose academic documents cannot be validated, as well as students in special education and students on the autism spectrum who have been re-diagnosed for enrollment in general education, along with other cases that education departments will study to make appropriate decisions regarding them.
