أعلن صندوق التنمية العقارية اليوم، إيداع مليارٍ وستة وثلاثين مليون ريال، في حسابات مستفيدي برنامج الدعم السكني من وزارة البلديات والإسكان، والصندوق العقاري، عن شهر سبتمبر 2025.
وأوضح الصندوق العقاري، أن إجمالي دعم شهر سبتمبر خُصص لدعم أرباح عقود برامج الدعم السكني المتنوعة، وذلك في إطار دعم وتحسين قدرة المستفيدين على تملُّك السكن، تحقيقًا لمستهدفات برنامج الإسكان، أحد برامج رؤية المملكة 2030.
تسهيل رحلة التملك
وأكد استمرار العمل على تطوير الحلول التمويلية، بالشراكة مع الجهات التمويلية والمطورين العقاريين؛ بهدف تسهيل رحلة تملُّك السكن، وتعزيز فرص التملُّك وفق الخيارات المتاحة، وأفضل التوصيات التمويلية.
يُذكر أن صندوق التنمية العقارية يُقدِّم خدمات برامج الدعم السكني إلكترونيًّا، من خلال البوابة الإلكترونية للصندوق، إضافة إلى خدمة «المستشار العقاري»؛ لتمكين المستفيدين من تصميم دعمهم السكني، والحصول على أفضل التوصيات التمويلية والسكنية.
The Real Estate Development Fund announced today the deposit of one billion and thirty-six million riyals into the accounts of beneficiaries of the housing support program from the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, and the Real Estate Fund, for the month of September 2025.
The Real Estate Fund clarified that the total support for September was allocated to support the profits of various housing support program contracts, as part of the efforts to support and enhance the beneficiaries' ability to own housing, in line with the objectives of the housing program, one of the initiatives of Saudi Vision 2030.
Facilitating the Ownership Journey
It confirmed the ongoing work to develop financing solutions in partnership with financing entities and real estate developers; aiming to facilitate the journey of home ownership and enhance ownership opportunities according to available options and the best financing recommendations.
It is worth noting that the Real Estate Development Fund provides electronic services for housing support programs through the Fund's electronic portal, in addition to the "Real Estate Advisor" service; to enable beneficiaries to design their housing support and obtain the best financing and housing recommendations.
