The Minister of Interior, Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, conveyed the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and the Crown Prince, Prime Minister Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, to the people of Najran region.

This came during his meeting today with a number of citizens from the region, in the presence of the Emir of Najran region, Prince Jalwa bin Abdulaziz bin Musaid, and the Deputy Emir of Najran region, Prince Turki bin Hithloul bin Abdulaziz.

The Minister of Interior affirmed during the meeting that his visit to Najran region comes in implementation of the leadership's directives that emphasize continuous communication with citizens in all regions of the Kingdom, pointing out that the care and attention the region receives is reflected in the development and growth it witnesses in all fields. A ceremony was held on this occasion, starting with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, followed by a speech from Dr. Taleb bin Ahmed Al-Hamami, representing the people of Najran, who welcomed the Minister of Interior to Najran region, which, along with all regions of the Kingdom, is celebrating the 95th National Day. He noted that Najran region has been, and continues to be, a stronghold for the nation, a protective shield for security, and a clear representation of loyalty, belonging, love, and fidelity.

The people of the region confirmed that the Minister of Interior's visit embodies the leadership's commitment to monitoring the needs of the regions, enhancing security and development, and ensuring direct communication with citizens. This continues the blessed approach established by the Kingdom since its founding by the late King Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman – may God have mercy on him – and carried on by his royal sons until this prosperous era under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and the Crown Prince, Prime Minister Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

The people of Najran expressed their pride and honor on the occasion of National Day, recalling the efforts of King Abdulaziz – may God have mercy on him – who unified the scattered parts of this nation, making it a solid and cherished entity, establishing the foundations of security and tranquility, implementing God's law with justice, and caring for the sanctity of religion through his guardianship of the Two Holy Mosques, while protecting the lives, properties, and honor of people. Following in his footsteps, his righteous sons, the kings, carried the trust, preserved the achievements, and built a proud nation that continues to rise in glory and honor, in prosperity and hardship, in ease and difficulty. The people of Najran expressed their gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and his Crown Prince for the care and support they provide for everything that contributes to enhancing the security and prosperity of the nation, expressing their pride in the significant efforts of the Ministry of Interior through its various sectors to serve citizens, residents, and visitors, and their appreciation for the Emir of Najran region and his deputy for their successful efforts in developing the region.
