رحَّبت رابطةُ العالم الإسلامي بإعلان حكومات المملكة المتحدة وكندا وأستراليا الاعترافَ -رسمياً- بدولة فلسطين.
وفي بيانٍ للأمانة العامة للرابطة، ثمّن الأمين العام رئيس هيئة علماء المسلمين الشيخ الدكتور محمد بن عبدالكريم العيسى هذا الإعلان التاريخي من الحكومات الثلاث، مؤكداً أنه يُترجم الإيمانَ بمبادئ العدالة وقيمها الفاعلة على ضوء الحقّ التاريخي والقانوني للشعب الفلسطيني، مشيراً إلى أن هذا الاعتراف جاء في سياقه المهم؛ انسجاماً مع جهود تحقيق «حل الدولتين»، عشيّة انعقاد المؤتمر الدولي رفيع المستوى لتسوية القضية الفلسطينية بالوسائل السلمية وتنفيذ حل الدولتين على مستوى القمة، غداً (الإثنين)، 22 سبتمبر 2025م، برئاسة المملكة العربية السعودية والجمهورية الفرنسية.
وأكد الدكتور العيسى أنّ هذا الموقف يُمثل السبيل الوحيد لتحقيق السلام الشامل والعادل والدائم في المنطقة.
The Muslim World League welcomed the announcement by the governments of the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia to officially recognize the State of Palestine.
In a statement from the League's General Secretariat, the Secretary-General and President of the Association of Muslim Scholars, Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, praised this historic announcement from the three governments, affirming that it translates the belief in the principles of justice and their effective values in light of the historical and legal rights of the Palestinian people. He pointed out that this recognition came in its important context; in harmony with efforts to achieve the "two-state solution," on the eve of the high-level international conference to settle the Palestinian issue through peaceful means and implement the two-state solution at the summit level, tomorrow (Monday), September 22, 2025, chaired by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the French Republic.
Dr. Al-Issa emphasized that this position represents the only way to achieve comprehensive, just, and lasting peace in the region.
