أصدرت وزارة الداخلية، اليوم، بيانا بشأن تنفيذ حُكم القتل في العريف عيد بن إبراهيم بن محمد الزعبي لارتكابه أفعالا تنطوي على الخيانة العظمى وتبنيه منهجا إرهابيا ودعم الأعمال الإرهابية بهدف الإخلال بأمن المجتمع واستقراره، فيما يلي نصه:
قال الله تعالى: (يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَخُونُوا اللَّهَ وَالرَّسُولَ وَتَخُونُوا أَمَانَاتِكُمْ وَأَنْتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ).
وقال تعالى: (وَأَوْفُوا بِالْعَهْدِ إِنَّ الْعَهْدَ كَانَ مَسْئُولا).
أقدم العريف عيد بن إبراهيم بن محمد الزعبي على ارتكاب أفعالٍ تنطوي على الخيانة العظمى، وتبنيه منهجا إرهابيا، ودعم الأعمال الإرهابية بهدف الإخلال بأمن المجتمع واستقراره.
وبفضل من الله تمكنت الجهات المعنية من القبض على الجاني المذكور وأسفر التحقيق معه عن توجيه الاتهام إليه بارتكاب تلك الأفعال المجرمة، وبإحالته إلى المحكمة المختصة؛ صدر بحقه حُكم يقضي بثبوت ما نسب إليه وقتله، وأصبح الحُكم نهائيا بعد استئنافه ثم تأييده من المحكمة العُليا. وصدر أمر ملكي بإنفاذ ما تقرر شرعا.
وقد تم تنفيذ حُكم القتل بالجاني العريف عيد بن إبراهيم بن محمد الزعبي يوم السبت 28 / 03 / 1447هـ الموافق 20 / 09 / 2025م بمنطقة القصيم.
ووزارة الداخلية إذ تعلن ذلك لتؤكد للجميع حرص حُكومة المملكة العربية السعودية على حماية أمن الوطن، وإيقاع أشد العقوبات المقررة نظاما بحق مرتكبي الجنايات العسكرية الكبرى.
وتؤكد وزارة الداخلية في هذا السياق ثقتها برجال القوات العسكرية الأوفياء الذين برّوا بقسمهم، وضحوا بدمائهم حفظا لأمن واستقرار هذا الوطن ومقدساته، مستنكرة في الوقت ذاته هذه الجرائم الشنيعة الدخيلة على منسوبيها.
والله الهادي إلى سواء السبيل.
The Ministry of Interior issued a statement today regarding the execution of the death sentence for Corporal Eid bin Ibrahim bin Muhammad Al-Zoubi for committing acts that constitute high treason, adopting a terrorist ideology, and supporting terrorist activities aimed at undermining the security and stability of society. The text is as follows:
Allah, the Almighty, said: (O you who have believed, do not betray Allah and the Messenger or betray your trusts while you know [the consequence].)
And He said: (And fulfill [every] commitment. Indeed, the commitment is ever [that about which one will be] questioned.)
Corporal Eid bin Ibrahim bin Muhammad Al-Zoubi committed acts that constitute high treason, adopted a terrorist ideology, and supported terrorist activities aimed at undermining the security and stability of society.
By the grace of Allah, the relevant authorities were able to apprehend the aforementioned perpetrator, and the investigation led to charges being brought against him for committing those criminal acts. Upon his referral to the competent court, a ruling was issued confirming the charges against him and sentencing him to death. The ruling became final after being appealed and upheld by the Supreme Court. A royal order was issued to implement what was legally determined.
The death sentence for the perpetrator, Corporal Eid bin Ibrahim bin Muhammad Al-Zoubi, was carried out on Saturday, 28/03/1447 AH, corresponding to 20/09/2025 AD, in the Al-Qassim region.
The Ministry of Interior announces this to affirm to everyone the Saudi Arabian government's commitment to protecting the security of the homeland and imposing the severest penalties prescribed by law against those who commit major military crimes.
In this context, the Ministry of Interior reaffirms its confidence in the loyal military personnel who have honored their oath and sacrificed their blood to preserve the security and stability of this homeland and its sanctities, while simultaneously denouncing these heinous crimes that are foreign to its members.
