أسفرت الحملات الميدانية المشتركة لمتابعة وضبط مخالفي أنظمة الإقامة والعمل وأمن الحدود، التي تمت في مناطق المملكة كافة، وذلك للفترة من 19 / 3 / 1447هـ الموافق 11 / 9 / 2025م إلى 25 / 3 / 1447هـ الموافق 17 / 9 / 2025م، عن ضبط 21638 مخالفا، منهم 12958 مخالفا لنظام الإقامة، و4540 مخالفا لنظام أمن الحدود، و4140 مخالفا لنظام العمل.
وبلغ إجمالي من تم ضبطهم خلال محاولتهم عبور الحدود إلى داخل المملكة 1391 شخصا 54% منهم يمنيو الجنسية، و45% إثيوبيو الجنسية، وجنسيات أخرى 1%، كما تم ضبط 31 شخصا لمحاولتهم عبور الحدود إلى خارج المملكة بطريقة غير نظامية، وتم ضبط 19 متورطا في نقل وإيواء وتشغيل مخالفي أنظمة الإقامة والعمل وأمن الحدود والتستر عليهم.
وبلغ إجمالي من يتم إخضاعهم حاليا لإجراءات تنفيذ الأنظمة 32149 وافدا مخالفا، منهم 29265 رجلا، و2884 امرأة، وتمت إحالة 25533 مخالفا لبعثاتهم الدبلوماسية للحصول على وثائق سفر، وإحالة 1610 مخالفين لاستكمال حجوزات سفرهم، وترحيل 13375 مخالفا.
عقوبات وغرامة
وأكدت وزارة الداخلية أن كل من يسهل دخول مخالفي نظام أمن الحدود للمملكة أو نقلهم داخلها أو يوفر لهم المأوى أو يقدم لهم أي مساعدة أو خدمة بأي شكل من الأشكال، يعرض نفسه لعقوبات تصل إلى السجن مدة 15 سنة، وغرامة مالية تصل إلى مليون ريال، ومصادرة وسيلة النقل والسكن المستخدم للإيواء، إضافة إلى التشهير به.
وأوضحت أن هذه الجريمة تعد من الجرائم الكبيرة الموجبة للتوقيف، والمخلة بالشرف والأمانة.
The joint field campaigns to monitor and apprehend violators of residency, labor, and border security regulations, which took place in all regions of the Kingdom from 19/3/1447 AH corresponding to 11/9/2025 AD to 25/3/1447 AH corresponding to 17/9/2025 AD, resulted in the apprehension of 21,638 violators, including 12,958 violators of the residency system, 4,540 violators of border security regulations, and 4,140 violators of labor laws.
A total of 1,391 individuals were apprehended while attempting to cross the borders into the Kingdom, 54% of whom were of Yemeni nationality, 45% were of Ethiopian nationality, and 1% were of other nationalities. Additionally, 31 individuals were apprehended for attempting to cross the borders out of the Kingdom in an irregular manner, and 19 individuals were arrested for facilitating the transport, shelter, and employment of violators of residency, labor, and border security regulations and for concealing them.
The total number of individuals currently undergoing enforcement procedures is 32,149 violators, including 29,265 men and 2,884 women. A total of 25,533 violators have been referred to their diplomatic missions to obtain travel documents, 1,610 violators have been referred to complete their travel bookings, and 13,375 violators have been deported.
Penalties and Fines
The Ministry of Interior confirmed that anyone who facilitates the entry of violators of border security regulations into the Kingdom, transports them within it, provides them with shelter, or offers them any assistance or service in any form, exposes themselves to penalties of up to 15 years in prison, a financial fine of up to one million riyals, confiscation of the means of transport and accommodation used for shelter, in addition to publicizing their actions.
It clarified that this crime is considered a major offense warranting detention, and it is a violation of honor and trust.
