اختتم مركز الشباب العربي فعاليات النسخة الرابعة من مبادرة «رواد الشباب العربي» في العاصمة أبوظبي، بمشاركة 40 شابا وشابة من 13 دولة عربية قدّموا نماذج ملهمة في 10 مسارات نوعية تشمل: الصناعات والابتكار، البحث العلمي، الطب والعلوم الصحية، الفضاء والتكنولوجيا، الخدمة المجتمعية، الاستدامة والبيئة، ريادة الأعمال، التعليم، الإعلام والمواطنة الرقمية، والهندسة.
وأجمع المشاركون على أن المبادرة شكّلت منصة استثنائية لتبادل الخبرات وتأسيس شراكات عابرة للحدود، وفضاء ملهما لإطلاق مشاريع مؤثرة قادرة على إحداث أثر ملموس في المجتمعات العربية.
رؤية وتمكين
وأكدت المدير التنفيذي لمركز الشباب العربي المهندسة فاطمة الحلّامي أن المبادرة تعكس إيمان المركز بقدرات الشباب على صناعة التغيير، وقالت: شاهدنا مواهب عربية واعدة تستحق أن تُسمع وتتحول إلى مبادرات عملية، ومن واجبنا أن نتيح لها منصات لتمثيل منطقتنا في المشهد العالمي.
وأضافت أن المركز يواصل التزامه بتمكين الشباب من خلال الاستثمار في طاقاتهم وتوفير فرص نوعية تترجم قدراتهم إلى قوة إيجابية تقود التنمية المستدامة.
انطباعات وتوصيات
أبدى الرواد سعادتهم بالتجربة التي وفّرت لهم جسور تواصل جديدة، معتبرين أن نجاحات زملائهم في النسخ السابقة، الذين أصبح بعضهم اليوم في مواقع قيادية، دليل عملي على الأثر العميق للمبادرة.
وطرح المشاركون مجموعة من التوصيات أبرزها: تخصيص منصات لعرض إنجازات الرواد الحاليين والسابقين، إطلاق منصة إلكترونية تفاعلية للجمهور العربي لمتابعة منجزاتهم، وإنشاء مساحات للمشاريع المشتركة بين الرواد لتوسيع دوائر التعاون والتأثير.
جيل يقود المستقبل
تجسّد مبادرة «رواد الشباب العربي» منصة يحتفي عبرها مركز الشباب العربي بإنجازات شبابية نوعية تلهم الأجيال القادمة، وتؤكد أن الشباب العربي قادر على أن يكون في الصفوف الأولى عالميا في مجالات الابتكار، الريادة، والمعرفة.
The Arab Youth Center concluded the fourth edition of the "Arab Youth Pioneers" initiative in the capital, Abu Dhabi, with the participation of 40 young men and women from 13 Arab countries who presented inspiring models across 10 qualitative tracks including: industries and innovation, scientific research, medicine and health sciences, space and technology, community service, sustainability and the environment, entrepreneurship, education, media and digital citizenship, and engineering.
The participants agreed that the initiative formed an exceptional platform for exchanging experiences and establishing cross-border partnerships, as well as an inspiring space for launching impactful projects capable of making a tangible difference in Arab communities.
Vision and Empowerment
The Executive Director of the Arab Youth Center, Engineer Fatima Al-Halami, confirmed that the initiative reflects the center's belief in the capabilities of youth to drive change. She said: "We witnessed promising Arab talents that deserve to be heard and transformed into practical initiatives, and it is our duty to provide them with platforms to represent our region on the global stage."
She added that the center continues its commitment to empowering youth by investing in their energies and providing quality opportunities that translate their capabilities into a positive force driving sustainable development.
Impressions and Recommendations
The pioneers expressed their happiness with the experience, which provided them with new communication bridges, considering that the successes of their colleagues in previous editions, some of whom are now in leadership positions, are practical evidence of the deep impact of the initiative.
The participants proposed a set of recommendations, most notably: allocating platforms to showcase the achievements of current and former pioneers, launching an interactive online platform for the Arab public to follow their accomplishments, and creating spaces for joint projects among the pioneers to expand cooperation and impact.
A Generation Leading the Future
The "Arab Youth Pioneers" initiative embodies a platform through which the Arab Youth Center celebrates significant youth achievements that inspire future generations, affirming that Arab youth are capable of being at the forefront globally in the fields of innovation, leadership, and knowledge.
