في خطوة تعكس اهتمامها المباشر بتحسين جودة الحياة في الأحياء السكنية، دعت إمارة منطقة حائل عبر منصاتها الرسمية إلى الإبلاغ عن مخالفات السكن الجماعي للأفراد من خلال الرقم الموحد 940 أو عبر منصة «بلدي»، مؤكدة أن هذه المشاركة المجتمعية تمثل عنصرًا مهمًا في تعزيز السلامة العامة والحد من الممارسات غير النظامية.
تعزيز السلامة والبيئة السكنية
وأكدت الإمارة أن المخالفات تشمل مظاهر متعددة، أبرزها: ازدحام الأفراد عند المداخل والمخارج بما يعيق الحركة الطبيعية للسكان، تراكم السيارات والدراجات التالفة في محيط المساكن، انتشار المخلفات وضعف مستوى النظافة حول مواقع السكن الجماعي.
وشددت وزارة البلديات والإسكان على أن الإبلاغ السريع عن هذه المخالفات يسهم في الحد من المخاطر الصحية والأمنية، كما يعزز جهود تحسين المشهد الحضري ورفع معايير جودة الحياة.
المبادرة تأتي ضمن إطار البرنامج الوطني لتحسين السكن الجماعي للأفراد، الذي أطلقته وزارة البلديات والإسكان لفرض الرقابة على الممارسات السكنية المخالفة، وضمان بيئة أكثر أمانًا وتنظيمًا. وتؤكد إمارة حائل أن تجاوب السكان مع هذه الحملة يساهم في صناعة الفرق وتحقيق أهداف التنمية الحضرية المستدامة.
In a move that reflects its direct interest in improving the quality of life in residential neighborhoods, the Emirate of Hail has called through its official platforms to report violations of collective housing for individuals via the unified number 940 or through the "Baladi" platform, emphasizing that this community participation represents an important element in enhancing public safety and reducing irregular practices.
Enhancing Safety and the Residential Environment
The Emirate confirmed that the violations include multiple aspects, most notably: crowding of individuals at entrances and exits, which hinders the natural movement of residents, the accumulation of damaged cars and bicycles around housing areas, the spread of waste, and the low level of cleanliness around collective housing sites.
The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing emphasized that prompt reporting of these violations contributes to reducing health and security risks, as well as enhancing efforts to improve the urban landscape and raise quality of life standards.
The initiative comes as part of the national program to improve collective housing for individuals, launched by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing to enforce oversight on non-compliant housing practices and ensure a safer and more organized environment. The Emirate of Hail affirms that residents' response to this campaign contributes to making a difference and achieving sustainable urban development goals.
