The Emir of the State of Kuwait, Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, received today at Bayan Palace the Minister of Interior, Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif.

At the beginning of the meeting, the Minister of Interior conveyed the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and the Crown Prince, Prime Minister Prince Mohammed bin Salman, along with their wishes for him and the State of Kuwait, both government and people, for continued progress and prosperity.

During the reception, the Emir of Kuwait expressed his deep appreciation for the leadership of the Kingdom, praising the strong historical relations that bind the Kingdom and the State of Kuwait, as well as the ties of brotherhood and cooperation between their two brotherly peoples.

During the reception, the bilateral relations and the existing security cooperation between the two brotherly countries were reviewed.

Attending the reception were the Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the State of Kuwait, Prince Sultan bin Saad bin Khalid, the Assistant Minister of Interior, Dr. Hisham bin Abdulrahman Al-Faleh, the Director of Public Security, Lieutenant General Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Basami, the Director General of the Minister's Office for Studies and Research, Major General Khalid bin Ibrahim Al-Arawan, the Director General of Border Guards, Major General Sha'ay bin Salem Al-Wad'ani, and the Director General of Legal Affairs and International Cooperation, Ahmed bin Suleiman Al-Essa.

From the Kuwaiti side, the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior of the State of Kuwait, Sheikh Fahad Yusuf Saud Al-Sabah, and a number of senior officials were present.
