أكدت مديرة المرصد الوطني للمرأة الدكتورة سناء العتيبي في حديثها لـ«عكاظ» أن خطاب ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان، يجسد بوضوح المسار التحولي الطموح للسعودية في ظل رؤية 2030، مشيرة إلى أنه حمل إشارات صريحة لما تحقق من منجزات إستراتيجية على المستويين الاقتصادي والاجتماعي.
وقالت: «الخطاب أبرز وصول معدلات البطالة إلى أدنى مستوياتها، وارتفاع مشاركة المرأة في سوق العمل إلى أعلى درجاتها، وهو ما يعكس نجاح السياسات الاقتصادية والتنظيمية في استثمار الطاقات البشرية وتمكينها».
وأضافت العتيبي أن ولي العهد شدد في خطابه على الدور المحوري لممكّنات تمكين المرأة عبر التشريعات والبرامج النوعية، بما يفتح فرصاً أوسع للاندماج في سوق العمل والمشاركة الفاعلة في التنمية الوطنية، لافتةً إلى أن الخطاب لم يغفل البعد الاجتماعي، إذ أشار إلى انخفاض نسبة محدودي الدخل وتحسن جودة الخدمات وارتفاع مؤشرات جودة الحياة، بما يعكس تكامل الأبعاد الاقتصادية والاجتماعية.
وأكدت أن خطاب ولي العهد جاء ليؤصل مبدأ أن الإنجاز الاقتصادي لا ينفصل عن رفاه المواطن والمقيم والزائر، وأن توجيه الموارد نحو الأولويات الوطنية وتعزيز قيم الشمولية والتنوع وتمكين المرأة، تمثل ركائز أساسية لبناء نموذج تنموي سعودي شامل ومستدام.
Dr. Sana Al-Otaibi, the director of the National Observatory for Women, confirmed in her interview with "Okaz" that the speech of Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman clearly embodies Saudi Arabia's ambitious transformational path under Vision 2030, noting that it carried explicit signals regarding the strategic achievements realized on both economic and social levels.
She stated, "The speech highlighted the decline in unemployment rates to their lowest levels and the increase in women's participation in the labor market to its highest degrees, which reflects the success of economic and regulatory policies in investing in and empowering human resources."
Al-Otaibi added that the Crown Prince emphasized in his speech the pivotal role of enabling women's empowerment through legislation and quality programs, which opens wider opportunities for integration into the labor market and active participation in national development. She pointed out that the speech did not overlook the social dimension, as it mentioned the decrease in the percentage of low-income individuals, the improvement in service quality, and the rise in quality of life indicators, reflecting the integration of economic and social dimensions.
She affirmed that the Crown Prince's speech aimed to establish the principle that economic achievement is inseparable from the well-being of citizens, residents, and visitors, and that directing resources towards national priorities and enhancing values of inclusivity, diversity, and women's empowerment represent fundamental pillars for building a comprehensive and sustainable Saudi developmental model.
