بدأ وزير الحج الدكتور توفيق الربيعة زيارة رسمية إلى جمهورية تركيا؛ بهدف تعزيز التعاون الثنائي وتطوير الشراكات الإستراتيجية في خدمة ضيوف الرحمن، ضمن مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030.
وتتمحور أهداف الزيارة حول توسيع آفاق التعاون مع تركيا في مجالات خدمة ضيوف الرحمن، إلى جانب بحث الحلول المشتركة للتحديات التي تواجههم، واستعراض ما تحقق في مجال التحول الرقمي، والارتقاء بجودة الخدمات، بما يُسهم في إتاحة تجربة روحانية متكاملة تقوم على الراحة والطمأنينة.
ويتضمن برنامج الزيارة عقد لقاءات رسمية مع كبار المسؤولين الأتراك، واجتماعات ثنائية تبحث سبل تطوير التعاون، وتبادل الخبرات في مجالات خدمة ضيوف الرحمن، إلى جانب فعاليات مشتركة تسلط الضوء على أبرز الخدمات والتسهيلات المقدمة في هذا المجال.
ويضم الوفد المرافق للوزير ممثلين من عددٍ من الجهات الحكومية والخاصة ذات العلاقة بخدمة ضيوف الرحمن، تشمل وزارة الحج، وزارة الصحة، وزارة الداخلية، وزارة السياحة، وبرنامج خدمة ضيوف الرحمن، وهيئة التأمين، إضافة إلى شركة الخطوط السعودية، والعديد من شركات الطيران الأخرى، بما يعكس تكامل الجهود الوطنية والارتقاء بجودة الخدمات بالتعاون مع الشركاء الدوليين.
وتأتي الزيارة في وقت تشهد فيه المملكة تحولاً في تطوير منظومة الحج والعمرة، عبر برنامج خدمة ضيوف الرحمن أحد برامج رؤية المملكة 2030، الذي يركز على رفع جودة الخدمات، وتيسير رحلة الحاج والمعتمر.

The Minister of Hajj, Dr. Tawfiq Al-Rabiah, began an official visit to the Republic of Turkey with the aim of enhancing bilateral cooperation and developing strategic partnerships in serving the guests of الرحمن, as part of the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
The goals of the visit revolve around expanding the horizons of cooperation with Turkey in the fields of serving the guests of الرحمن, in addition to discussing joint solutions to the challenges they face, reviewing what has been achieved in the field of digital transformation, and improving the quality of services, which contributes to providing a comprehensive spiritual experience based on comfort and reassurance.
The visit program includes holding official meetings with senior Turkish officials, and bilateral meetings to discuss ways to develop cooperation and exchange experiences in the fields of serving the guests of الرحمن, along with joint activities that highlight the most prominent services and facilities provided in this area.
The delegation accompanying the minister includes representatives from several governmental and private entities related to serving the guests of الرحمن, including the Ministry of Hajj, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Tourism, the Guests of الرحمن Service Program, the Insurance Authority, in addition to Saudi Airlines and many other airlines, reflecting the integration of national efforts and the enhancement of service quality in cooperation with international partners.
The visit comes at a time when the Kingdom is witnessing a transformation in developing the Hajj and Umrah system, through the Guests of الرحمن Service Program, one of the programs of Saudi Vision 2030, which focuses on raising the quality of services and facilitating the journey of pilgrims and Umrah performers.
