أطلقت إدارة تعليم الباحة، اليوم، مبادرة «تحسين التدريس» في المدارس المستهدفة؛ بهدف تطوير الممارسات الصفية، والارتقاء بمستوى نواتج التعلم.
وتتضمن المبادرة، التي تُعد إحدى ثمار برامج التحول التعليمي، تنفيذ برامج تدريبية، وورش عمل، وزيارات إشرافية، تسهم في تمكين المعلمين والمعلمات من تطبيق إستراتيجيات تدريس حديثة، وتقديم أفضل التجارب والممارسات التعليمية، بما ينسجم مع مستهدفات وزارة التعليم.
وتمثل المبادرة خطوة نوعية نحو تعزيز الكفاءة المهنية للكوادر التعليمية، وتحقيق بيئة تعليمية محفزة تدعم تطلعات رؤية المملكة في تطوير التعليم وتحسين مخرجاته، وتحرص الإدارة على تقديم كل ما يسهم في رفع مستوى الأداء داخل الصفوف الدراسية، بما ينعكس إيجاباً على نواتج التعلم.

The Education Administration of Al-Baha launched today the "Teaching Improvement" initiative in targeted schools, aimed at developing classroom practices and enhancing the level of learning outcomes.
The initiative, which is considered one of the fruits of educational transformation programs, includes the implementation of training programs, workshops, and supervisory visits that contribute to empowering teachers to apply modern teaching strategies and provide the best educational experiences and practices, in line with the objectives of the Ministry of Education.
The initiative represents a qualitative step towards enhancing the professional competence of educational staff and achieving a stimulating educational environment that supports the aspirations of the Kingdom's vision in developing education and improving its outcomes. The administration is keen to provide everything that contributes to raising the level of performance within classrooms, which positively reflects on learning outcomes.
