شكا عدد من أولياء الأمور بقرية المجمعة التابعة لمركز الحازمي بمحافظة بيشة، من حرمان أبنائهم وبناتهم من النقل المدرسي منذ انطلاقة العام الدراسي الجديد، ما جعلهم يتولون إيصالهم للمدارس الابتدائية والمتوسطة والطفولة المبكرة (بنات)، وابتدائية المجمعة (بنين).
وشرح عدد من أولياء الأمور لـ«عكاظ»، حجم المعاناة، قائلين: منذ أيام عدة لا تتوفر وسيلة نقل لأبنائنا وبناتنا، وعددهم تجاوز 100 طالب وطالبة يدرسون جميعهم في ابتدائية المجمعة (بنات وبنين) والمتوسطة والطفولة المبكرة (بنات)؛ ما اضطرنا لإيصالهم للمدرسة، وأحياناً الغياب حال تعذر إيصالهم بسبب المشاغل. وأشار أولياء الأمور إلى أنهم خاطبوا الجهات المعنية بالمحافظة دون جدوى أو حلول تذكر حتى الآن.
وناشد الآباء المسؤولين في وزارة التعليم وكذلك شركة النقل بضرورة الوقوف على معاناتهم وإيجاد الحلول العاجلة حتى يتمكن أبناؤهم من مواصلة تعليمهم، وتوفير وسيلة نقل لهم أسوة بالقرى المجاورة، مطالبين بتعويضهم، خصوصاً أنهم استوفوا شروط النقل، إلا أن الجهات المسؤولة خالفت وعدها، علماً أن الجميع سدد الرسوم الصادرة، إلا أن ذلك لم يشفع لهم بعد مرور الأسبوع الأول وعدم توفير الباصات، واختتموا: «نحن في الأسبوع الثاني مما يضطرنا إلى غياب أبنائنا وبناتنا ومخالفة أنظمة الوزارة».
A number of parents in the village of Al-Majma'a, which is part of the Al-Hazmi Center in Bisha Governorate, have complained about their sons and daughters being deprived of school transportation since the start of the new school year. This has forced them to take their children to primary, intermediate, and early childhood schools (girls), and Al-Majma'a Primary School (boys).
Several parents explained to "Okaz" the extent of their suffering, saying: "For several days, there has been no means of transportation for our sons and daughters, who number more than 100 students studying in Al-Majma'a Primary School (girls and boys), as well as in the intermediate and early childhood schools (girls). This has forced us to take them to school, and sometimes they miss classes when we cannot transport them due to other commitments." The parents indicated that they have contacted the relevant authorities in the governorate without any results or solutions so far.
The parents appealed to the officials in the Ministry of Education and the transportation company to address their suffering and find urgent solutions so that their children can continue their education, and to provide them with transportation like the neighboring villages. They demanded compensation, especially since they have met the transportation requirements, but the responsible authorities have not fulfilled their promise. It is worth noting that everyone has paid the required fees, yet this has not helped them after the first week without the provision of buses. They concluded: "We are in the second week, which forces our sons and daughters to miss school and violate the ministry's regulations."
