تستضيف العاصمة المصرية القاهرة خلال الفترة من الحادي عشر وحتى الرابع عشر من سبتمبر 2025 أعمال المؤتمر الدولي الأول لدعم التعليم والتدريب والرعاية لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وذلك بفندق لوجستيك، بمشاركة عربية ودولية واسعة وبحضور شخصيات أكاديمية ومجتمعية بارزة من مختلف الدول.
ويحمل المؤتمر رسالة إنسانية تهدف إلى ترسيخ الوعي بأهمية رعاية هذه الفئة الغالية ومناقشة أبرز التحديات التي تواجهها، إلى جانب استعراض التجارب الناجحة في مجال التعليم والتأهيل وتوظيف التقنيات الحديثة لخدمة قضايا الإعاقة، حيث يشارك في جلساته كل من النائبة داليا سعد عضو مجلس الشيوخ المصري عن محافظة الإسماعيلية، والدكتورة ميرفت إبراهيم الباحثة المتخصصة في تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي لخدمة قضايا الإعاقة، والدكتورة سهير سمور المتخصصة في التربية الخاصة ورئيسة برنامج زيرو توحد الدولي، كما يتحدث في المؤتمر الدكتور أشرف صلاح أحمد وكيل كلية علوم ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة للدراسات العليا بجامعة بني سويف متناولًا محور التعليم الدامج بين النظرية والتطبيق، إضافة إلى الدكتور محمد أمين أبو الرب مدير المعهد الدولي العربي للسلام والتربية في جنيف الذي يستعرض تجارب دولية في مجال التربية الخاصة والسلام المجتمعي
ويؤكد القائمون على المؤتمر أن هذه التظاهرة الإنسانية تمثل فرصة لتبادل الخبرات وبناء شراكات إستراتيجية عربية ودولية تخدم قضايا التعليم والرعاية لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وتسهم في توحيد الجهود وتعزيز التكامل بين المؤسسات الحكومية والأهلية ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني بما يعكس الاهتمام الحقيقي بهذه القضايا ويدفع نحو مسارات تنموية أكثر شمولية وعدالة في العالم العربي
وفي هذا الإطار أوضح التربوي الخبير ومدير الملتقى عبدالله الغامدي أن تمكين ذوي القدرات الخاصة في مجالات التعليم والتدريب يعد مسؤولية أخلاقية ومجتمعية قبل أن يكون التزامًا مؤسساتيًا، مؤكدًا أن مثل هذه اللقاءات الدولية تعزز تبادل الخبرات وترسخ ثقافة العمل المشترك وتفتح آفاقًا واسعة لبناء مستقبل أكثر عدالة وشمولية يضمن مشاركة جميع أفراد المجتمع في مسيرة التنمية
ومن جانبها أوضحت رئيسة المؤتمر ومديرة أكاديمية الأمل للتدريب الدكتورة سمية القاضي أن المؤتمر يأتي ليجسد مسؤولية جماعية تجاه فئة تحتاج إلى الدعم والاحتواء، مؤكدة أن البرامج المطروحة خلال الجلسات ستعمل على استكشاف حلول عملية تواكب التحولات الحديثة في التعليم والتأهيل وتوظف التقنيات والذكاء الاصطناعي بما يخدم قضايا الإعاقة ويفتح آفاقًا جديدة نحو مستقبل أكثر إشراقًا.
The Egyptian capital, Cairo, will host the first international conference to support education, training, and care for people with disabilities from September 11 to 14, 2025, at the Logistic Hotel, with wide Arab and international participation and the presence of prominent academic and community figures from various countries.
The conference carries a humanitarian message aimed at raising awareness of the importance of caring for this precious group and discussing the main challenges they face, in addition to showcasing successful experiences in the fields of education, rehabilitation, and the use of modern technologies to serve disability issues. Among the speakers will be Representative Dalia Saad, a member of the Egyptian Senate representing Ismailia Governorate, Dr. Mervat Ibrahim, a researcher specializing in artificial intelligence applications for disability issues, and Dr. Suhair Samour, an expert in special education and head of the Zero Autism International Program. Also speaking at the conference will be Dr. Ashraf Salah Ahmed, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Special Needs Sciences for Graduate Studies at Beni Suef University, who will address the topic of inclusive education between theory and practice, in addition to Dr. Mohamed Amin Abu Al-Rub, Director of the Arab International Institute for Peace and Education in Geneva, who will present international experiences in the field of special education and community peace.
The organizers of the conference affirm that this humanitarian event represents an opportunity to exchange experiences and build strategic Arab and international partnerships that serve the issues of education and care for people with disabilities, contributing to the unification of efforts and enhancing integration between governmental and non-governmental institutions and civil society organizations, reflecting a genuine interest in these issues and pushing towards more comprehensive and equitable developmental pathways in the Arab world.
In this context, educational expert and forum director Abdullah Al-Ghamdi clarified that empowering people with special abilities in the fields of education and training is a moral and societal responsibility before being an institutional commitment, emphasizing that such international meetings enhance the exchange of experiences, solidify the culture of joint work, and open wide horizons for building a more just and inclusive future that ensures the participation of all members of society in the development process.
For her part, the conference president and director of Al-Amal Academy for Training, Dr. Sumaya Al-Qadi, stated that the conference embodies a collective responsibility towards a group that needs support and inclusion, confirming that the programs presented during the sessions will work to explore practical solutions that keep pace with modern transformations in education and rehabilitation, utilizing technologies and artificial intelligence to serve disability issues and open new horizons towards a brighter future.
