شهدت محافظة فيفاء أمطاراً غزيرة متواصلة منذ ثلاثة أيام، ما أدى إلى انقطاع أجزاء في بعض الطرق وتساقط للصخور وجريان الأودية والشعاب.
وتواصل بلدية محافظة فيفاء، بمشاركة الجهات المعنية، أعمالها الميدانية وجهودها المكثفة بعد الأمطار الغزيرة التي ما زالت تشهدها المحافظة خلال موجة الأمطار الحالية.
واستنفرت البلدية بفرقها ومعداتها لمباشرة بلاغات انقطاع الطرق بالمحافظة، وفتحت الطرق التي تضررت بتساقط الصخور، وعملت على تنظيف الشوارع من الأتربة والأحجار المتساقطة التي جرفتها سيول الأمطار، كما نزحت تجمعات المياه وتابعت أعطال الإنارة، إضافة إلى مباشرتها فتح عدد من الطرق التي أغلقت بسبب الأمطار.
وتتابع البلدية باستمرار الحالة المطرية المتواصلة على جبال المحافظة منذ أيام، إذ شكلت غرفة عمليات وفريقاً للطوارئ يعمل على مدار الساعة لمتابعة أي مستجدات تحدث من جراء هطول الأمطار، واستقبال البلاغات ومباشرتها والتعامل مع أي بلاغ في وقت قياسي.
The Governorate of Faifa has witnessed continuous heavy rainfall for three days, leading to the closure of parts of some roads, rockfalls, and the flow of valleys and streams.
The Municipality of Faifa, in collaboration with the relevant authorities, continues its fieldwork and intensive efforts following the heavy rains that the governorate is still experiencing during the current rainfall wave.
The municipality has mobilized its teams and equipment to address reports of road closures in the governorate, opened roads that were damaged by rockfalls, and worked on cleaning the streets from dust and fallen stones that were swept away by the floodwaters. It also drained water accumulations and monitored lighting outages, in addition to starting to open several roads that were closed due to the rains.
The municipality continuously monitors the ongoing rainfall situation in the mountains of the governorate, having established an operations room and an emergency team that works around the clock to follow up on any developments resulting from the rainfall, receive reports, respond to them, and handle any report in a timely manner.
