أطلقت جمعية التوعية بأضرار المخدرات بمنطقة جازان معرض سفراء المستقبل بمشاركة واسعة من عدد من الجهات الحكومية والجمعيات الأهلية، ووسط حضور نوعي وتفاعل لافت من الزوّار.
وأكد رئيس مجلس إدارة جمعية التوعية بأضرار المخدرات الدكتور سطام بن أحمد جده أن المعرض يأتي ضمن سلسلة المبادرات التي تتبناها الجمعية بهدف تعزيز وعي المجتمع بخطورة المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية، وذلك من خلال التركيز على الوقاية المبكرة، وترسيخ القيم والسلوكيات الصحية بين الطلاب وأولياء الأمور، بما يسهم في بناء بيئة تعليمية ومجتمعية داعمة لأنماط الحياة الآمنة والسليمة.
وأضاف أن المعرض شهد مشاركة مميزة لعدد من الجهات الداعمة، كفرع وزارة الصحة بجازان، تجمع جازان الصحي، جمعية روافد التطوعية، جمعية عين لطب العيون، جمعية نماء للخدمات الاجتماعية، وجمعية الصواب لتأهيل المتعافين، إذ توحدت جهودهم في تقديم رسائل توعوية عميقة وهادفة.
وأشار جده إلى أن هذه المبادرة تأتي في سياق جهود الجمعية المتواصلة نحو حماية الطلاب من خطر المخدرات وتعزيز المناعة السلوكية والقيمية لديهم، مشيراً إلى أن الاهتمام بصحة الطلاب النفسية والجسدية هو استثمار مباشر في مستقبل المجتمع، وبناء لجيل واعٍ يتمتع بالسلامة والقدرة على مواجهة التحديات.
وأضاف أن الجمعية تحرص على دعم المبادرات التي تعزز جودة الحياة، بما يتماشى مع مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030، مؤكداً أن مثل هذه الأنشطة الميدانية تسهم في رفع مستوى الوعي، وترسيخ ثقافة الوقاية في البيئة التعليمية والمجتمعية على حد سواء.
وبين أن الجمعية قد أعدت خطة توعوية ميدانية شاملة، تتضمن زيارات ميدانية للمدارس والأماكن العامة، إلى جانب حملات إعلامية رقمية عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، بهدف نشر محتوى توعوي يصل لأوسع شريحة ممكنة من المجتمع، ويعزز السلوكيات الوقائية بين مختلف فئاته.
The Drug Awareness Association in the Jazan region launched the Future Ambassadors exhibition with wide participation from several government entities and civil society organizations, amidst a notable qualitative presence and interaction from visitors.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Drug Awareness Association, Dr. Sattam bin Ahmed Jeddah, confirmed that the exhibition is part of a series of initiatives adopted by the association aimed at enhancing community awareness of the dangers of drugs and psychoactive substances, by focusing on early prevention and instilling healthy values and behaviors among students and parents, which contributes to building a supportive educational and community environment for safe and healthy lifestyles.
He added that the exhibition witnessed remarkable participation from several supporting entities, such as the Jazan branch of the Ministry of Health, the Jazan Health Cluster, the Rawafed Volunteer Association, the Ain Eye Medical Association, the Nama Social Services Association, and the Al-Sawab Association for the Rehabilitation of Recovering Individuals, as their efforts united to deliver deep and purposeful awareness messages.
Jeddah pointed out that this initiative comes as part of the association's ongoing efforts to protect students from the dangers of drugs and to enhance their behavioral and value-based immunity, noting that caring for students' mental and physical health is a direct investment in the future of the community, and in building a conscious generation that enjoys safety and the ability to face challenges.
He added that the association is keen to support initiatives that enhance the quality of life, in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, emphasizing that such field activities contribute to raising awareness levels and instilling a culture of prevention in both the educational and community environments.
He indicated that the association has prepared a comprehensive field awareness plan, which includes field visits to schools and public places, in addition to digital media campaigns through social media platforms, aimed at disseminating awareness content that reaches the widest possible segment of the community and enhances preventive behaviors among its various groups.
