تفاعلت المديرية العامة للجوازات مع استفسار أحد المواطنين بشأن آلية الإبلاغ عن هروب عامل يعمل في تربية المواشي، وأوضحت أن هذه البلاغات ليست من اختصاص «أبشر» أو قطاع الجوازات، وإنما تُحال إلى وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية.
المواطن أوضح عبر منصة «إكس» أن شقيقه يواجه مشكلة مع أحد عمال تربية المواشي، بعد أن تبيّن أنه موقوف الخدمات وهارب، مشيرًا إلى أنه حاول الإبلاغ عبر منصة «أبشر» إلا أنه لم يجد خيار البلاغ ضمن الخدمات.
من جهتها، ردت الجوازات عبر حسابها الرسمي لخدمة العملاء بالقول: «يرجى التواصل مع وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية للإفادة، شكرًا لتواصلك».
ويأتي هذا التوضيح ليؤكد أن مسؤولية استقبال ومعالجة بلاغات هروب العمالة، بما فيها عمالة تربية المواشي، تقع ضمن اختصاص وزارة الموارد البشرية، في حين يقتصر دور الجوازات على متابعة الجوانب النظامية المتعلقة بالإقامة والتأشيرات، ضمن تكامل الأدوار بين الجهات الحكومية ذات العلاقة.
The General Directorate of Passports interacted with an inquiry from a citizen regarding the mechanism for reporting the escape of a worker involved in livestock farming. It clarified that these reports are not the responsibility of "Absher" or the passport sector, but are referred to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
The citizen explained via the "X" platform that his brother is facing a problem with one of the livestock workers, after it became clear that the worker's services are suspended and he is absconding. He pointed out that he tried to report through the "Absher" platform but did not find the reporting option among the services.
For its part, the passports department responded through its official customer service account, stating: "Please contact the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development for assistance. Thank you for reaching out."
This clarification comes to confirm that the responsibility for receiving and processing reports of labor absconding, including livestock workers, falls under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Human Resources, while the role of the passports department is limited to monitoring the regulatory aspects related to residency and visas, within the framework of the integrated roles among the relevant government entities.
