يعمل برنامج «الاعتماد المهني» على تحقيق إستراتيجية وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية، الرامية إلى رفع كفاءة السوق وتعزيز موثوقية مهارات العمالة الوافدة في مختلف القطاعات بالمملكة. وأكمل البرنامج تغطيته الدول المستهدفة بنسبة 100%، لتشمل أكثر من 160 دولة حول العالم، وتغطية ما يتجاوز 1,000 مهنة.
وحقق البرنامج العديد من المنجزات النوعية من خلال خدمة «الفحص المهني»، التي تستهدف تقييم مستوى مهارات العمالة المهنيّة والحرفيّة الوافدة عبر إجراء اختبارات نظريّة وعمليّة تطبيقية للتأكّد من جاهزية العامل الوافد لسوق العمل السعودية، في مختلف المهن عبر أكثر من 150 مركزاً داخليّاً ودوليّاً، كما تعمل خدمة «التحقق المهني» على ضمان صحة وموثوقيّة المؤهّلات والخبرات للعمالة الوافدة، إلى جانب تغطية مختلف التخصصات التي تتطلبها سوق العمل، ويتم إنجاز العمليات بطريقة مؤتمتة بالكامل والتحقق خلال وقت قياسي لا يتجاوز 15 يوماً كحد أقصى.
واستفاد من البرنامج أكثر من 460,000 عامل معتمد بنهاية النصف الأول من 2025، من مختلف القطاعات الحيوية أبرزها: القطاع الرقمي، قطاع الثقافة والترفيه، قطاع الخدمات المالية والتأمين، قطاع الطاقة والمرافق العامة، وقطاع الخدمات اللوجستية والنقل.
يشار إلى أن وزارة الموارد، تسعى من خلال برنامج «الاعتماد المهني» إلى ضمان امتلاك جميع العمالة الوافدة المؤهّلات والمهارات اللازمة لتلبية حاجات سوق العمل، وتعزيز الكفاءات العاملة به، مما يسهم في رفع كفاءة سوق العمل وتعزيز موثوقية عمليات الاستقدام، والحد من تدفق العمالة غير المؤهلة، وتهيئة بيئة عمل أكثر إنتاجية وتنافسية.

The "Professional Accreditation" program works to achieve the strategy of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, aimed at enhancing the efficiency of the market and boosting the reliability of the skills of foreign workers across various sectors in the Kingdom. The program has completed its coverage of targeted countries at a rate of 100%, encompassing more than 160 countries around the world and covering over 1,000 professions.
The program has achieved numerous qualitative accomplishments through the "Professional Examination" service, which aims to assess the skill levels of foreign professional and skilled labor by conducting theoretical and practical tests to ensure the readiness of foreign workers for the Saudi labor market across various professions through more than 150 internal and international centers. Additionally, the "Professional Verification" service ensures the accuracy and reliability of the qualifications and experiences of foreign workers, alongside covering various specializations required by the labor market. The processes are completed in a fully automated manner and verified within a record time not exceeding 15 days at most.
More than 460,000 accredited workers have benefited from the program by the end of the first half of 2025, from various vital sectors, most notably: the digital sector, the culture and entertainment sector, the financial services and insurance sector, the energy and public utilities sector, and the logistics and transportation sector.
It is worth noting that the Ministry of Human Resources aims, through the "Professional Accreditation" program, to ensure that all foreign workers possess the necessary qualifications and skills to meet the needs of the labor market, enhancing the competencies working within it, which contributes to improving the efficiency of the labor market, boosting the reliability of recruitment processes, reducing the influx of unqualified labor, and creating a more productive and competitive work environment.
