أكدت هيئة حقوق الإنسان أن خصوصية المريض حق، وأن تصويره أو نشر إجراءاته الطبية دون موافقته وموافقة المنشأة الصحية يعد مخالفة للنظام وأخلاقيات المهنة.
وشددت الهيئة عبر حسابها في موقع التواصل الاجتماعي «X» على أن هذا المنع يأتي حفاظاً على كرامة الإنسان، موضحة أن تصوير أو نشر العمليات الجراحية أو الإجراءات العلاجية لا يُسمح به إلا في حال توافرت الضوابط المتمثلة في الحصول على موافقة خطية من المريض، وموافقة المنشأة الصحية، وأن يكون التصوير لأغراض علمية معتمدة، وألا يخالف ذلك الآداب العامة والأخلاقيات المهنية، وفقاً للائحة التنفيذية لنظام مزاولة المهن الصحية (م/5/3).
The Human Rights Authority confirmed that patient privacy is a right, and that photographing or publishing their medical procedures without their consent and the consent of the healthcare facility constitutes a violation of the law and professional ethics.
The authority emphasized through its account on the social media platform "X" that this prohibition is in place to preserve human dignity, clarifying that photographing or publishing surgical operations or treatment procedures is only permitted if the conditions are met, which include obtaining written consent from the patient and the healthcare facility, and that the photography is for approved scientific purposes, and does not violate public morals and professional ethics, in accordance with the executive regulations of the Health Professions Practice System (M/5/3).
