The Ministry of Education confirmed that the admission of boys and girls in the kindergarten stage continues throughout the academic year.

The ministry indicated in the procedural guide for public education schools that registration in kindergartens is possible for those on the waiting lists according to one of two models: blended learning kindergartens, which combine in-person learning and distance learning via the Rawdaty platform. These kindergartens are determined based on the analysis of the waiting lists for registration in the Noor system for previous years. The second model is part-time kindergartens, which operate for half a school day according to UNESCO standards, representing a minimum attendance of two hours daily for 100 days so that they can be counted among the numbers for expanding enrollment in kindergartens.

The ministry pointed out a proposal to distribute the attendance of children in blended learning classes into two groups, with each group attending three days in person and two days of "self" learning remotely using the Rawdaty platform. The second proposal is to open registration for each blended learning class in the selected kindergartens for a total of 50 children, who will be divided into two groups (1) and (B), with 25 children in each group.
