أعلن المركز الوطني لتنمية القطاع غير الربحي إحالة 41 كياناً غير ربحي إلى الجهات المختصة خلال يوليو 2025، ضمن إجراءات الإشراف والتنظيم لضمان التزام المنظمات والأفراد بالأنظمة واللوائح. وشملت القرارات إصدار 19 إنذاراً لجمعيات ومؤسسات أهلية، وحل جمعية أهلية اختيارياً، وقرارين بعزل مجالس إدارات جمعيات أهلية، وإصدار إنذار بحق مؤسسة أهلية، إضافة إلى التعامل مع 44 بلاغاً لمخالفات التبرعات والعمل على 10 جلسات تحقيق.
وفي جانب التطوير والنمو، كشف المركز تسجيل 31 جمعية أهلية، و14 مؤسسة أهلية، و3 صناديق عائلية في مجالات تنموية ذات أولوية بمختلف مناطق المملكة خلال يوليو، ليصل إجمالي عدد المنظمات المسجلة حتى نهاية الشهر إلى 6,405 منظمات، منها 338 منظمة مرخصة لجمع التبرعات.
وأكد المركز أهمية التزام المنظمات والأفراد بالأنظمة والإجراءات المعتمدة، داعياً الجميع للتواصل عبر مركز الاتصال الموحد 19918 أو الموقع الإلكتروني www.ncnp.gov.sa، مشدداً على ضرورة تكامل الجهود لتعظيم الأثر الاجتماعي والاقتصادي للقطاع بما يحقق أهداف رؤية المملكة 2030.
كما أشار المركز إلى صدور تقريره السنوي لعام 2024، الذي استعرض مؤشرات أداء القطاع غير الربحي وحالة المبادرات الاستراتيجية وفق المستهدفات الوطنية.
The National Center for the Development of the Non-Profit Sector announced the referral of 41 non-profit entities to the relevant authorities during July 2025, as part of the supervision and regulation procedures to ensure that organizations and individuals comply with the systems and regulations. The decisions included issuing 19 warnings to charitable associations and institutions, voluntarily dissolving a charitable association, two decisions to dismiss boards of directors of charitable associations, and issuing a warning against a charitable institution, in addition to dealing with 44 reports of violations related to donations and conducting 10 investigation sessions.
In terms of development and growth, the center revealed the registration of 31 charitable associations, 14 charitable institutions, and 3 family funds in priority developmental areas across various regions of the Kingdom during July, bringing the total number of registered organizations by the end of the month to 6,405 organizations, of which 338 are licensed to collect donations.
The center emphasized the importance of organizations and individuals adhering to the approved systems and procedures, calling on everyone to communicate via the unified contact center 19918 or the website www.ncnp.gov.sa, stressing the need for integrated efforts to maximize the social and economic impact of the sector in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
The center also noted the issuance of its annual report for 2024, which reviewed the performance indicators of the non-profit sector and the status of strategic initiatives according to national targets.
