سجلت محاكم المملكة نحو 1.3 مليون جلسة قضائية «عن بُعد» بين مرئية وكتابية خلال النصف الأول من عام 2025، عبر خدمة «التقاضي الإلكتروني»، بحسب ما أعلنته وزارة العدل، اليوم.
وأوضحت الوزارة أن المحاكم أصدرت خلال نفس الفترة أكثر من 524 ألف حكم إلكتروني، إلى جانب إصدار أكثر من 300 ألف قرار قضائي عن بعد، مما يعكس كفاءة التحول الرقمي في المنظومة العدلية.
وأكدت الوزارة أن خدمة «التقاضي الإلكتروني» تلتزم بكافة الضمانات القضائية، وفق حوكمة رقمية دقيقة تضمن تحقيق العدالة وتسريع الإجراءات بما يتناسب مع طبيعة التقاضي الإلكتروني.
وتشمل الخدمة جميع مراحل التقاضي الممكن تنفيذها إلكترونياً، مثل تبادل المذكرات وتقديم المستندات وعقد الجلسات عبر الاتصال المرئي والنطق بالحكم وتسليم النسخ إلكترونياً وحتى تقديم الاعتراضات أمام المحاكم الأعلى درجة من خلال منصة الوزارة الرقمية.

The courts of the Kingdom recorded approximately 1.3 million judicial sessions "remotely," both visual and written, during the first half of 2025, through the "electronic litigation" service, as announced by the Ministry of Justice today.
The ministry clarified that the courts issued more than 524,000 electronic rulings during the same period, in addition to issuing more than 300,000 judicial decisions remotely, reflecting the efficiency of digital transformation in the judicial system.
The ministry confirmed that the "electronic litigation" service adheres to all judicial guarantees, according to precise digital governance that ensures the achievement of justice and accelerates procedures in line with the nature of electronic litigation.
The service includes all stages of litigation that can be conducted electronically, such as exchanging memos, submitting documents, holding sessions via video conferencing, pronouncing judgments, delivering copies electronically, and even submitting objections before higher courts through the ministry's digital platform.
