أصدرت وزارة الحج والعمرة قراراً بإيقاف 7 شركات عمرة، على خلفية رصد مخالفات تمثلت في إسكان معتمرين في مساكن غير مرخصة، في مخالفة صريحة للضوابط التنظيمية المعتمدة، وذلك ضمن جهودها الرقابية المستمرة للارتقاء بجودة الخدمات المقدمة لضيوف الرحمن.
وأوضحت وزارة الحج والعمرة أن هذه المخالفات تُعد من التجاوزات الجسيمة التي تمس سلامة المعتمرين وراحتهم، مشيرةً إلى أنها باشرت فورًا اتخاذ الإجراءات النظامية بحق الشركات المخالفة، تمهيدًا لتطبيق العقوبات المقررة نظامًا.
وأكدت وزارة الحج والعمرة حرصها على ضمان حصول المعتمرين على حقوقهم كاملة، وفق أعلى معايير الجودة والكفاءة، مشددةً على عدم التهاون مع أي جهة تقصّر في التزاماتها التعاقدية أو تعرض سلامة المعتمرين للخطر.
ودعت الوزارة جميع شركات ومؤسسات العمرة إلى الالتزام التام بالأنظمة والتعليمات المعتمدة، وضمان تقديم الخدمات المتفق عليها ضمن البرامج الزمنية المحددة، بما يسهم في تعزيز تجربة المعتمرين، وتحقيق رضاهم خلال فترة إقامتهم في المملكة.

This is part of its ongoing supervisory efforts to enhance the quality of services provided to the guests of الرحمن.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah clarified that these violations are considered serious transgressions that affect the safety and comfort of the pilgrims. It indicated that it has immediately begun taking legal actions against the violating companies, in preparation for applying the prescribed penalties.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah affirmed its commitment to ensuring that pilgrims receive their full rights, according to the highest standards of quality and efficiency, emphasizing that it will not tolerate any entity that falls short in its contractual obligations or jeopardizes the safety of the pilgrims.
The ministry called on all Umrah companies and institutions to fully comply with the approved regulations and instructions, and to ensure the provision of agreed-upon services within the specified timeframes, which contributes to enhancing the pilgrims' experience and achieving their satisfaction during their stay in the Kingdom.
