في حين يبدأ المتقدمون من خريجي الثانوية العامة اليوم (الأحد)، وغداً (الإثنين)، في اختيار وترتيب رغبات القبول في الجامعات الحكومية وكليات التدريب التقني والمهني للعام الدراسي الجديد 1447، شددت المنصة الوطنية للقبول الموحد (قبول) على أهمية ترتيب التخصصات التي يطمح لها المتقدمون والمتقدمات أولاً حتى ولو كانت باللون الأحمر.
وبينت، أنه بالإمكان بعد ذلك وضع الرغبة التي ظهر عليها «رمز الكأس» بعد التخصصات التي ظهرت باللون الأحمر، مشيرة إلى أن هذا الإجراء يجعل المتقدم مؤهلاً للفرص الإضافية على التخصصات التي يطمح لها.
يشار إلى أن المنصة مكنت المتقدمين من الاطلاع على الرغبات التي لم يحققوا فيها بعض شروط الأهلية الخاصة بالجامعات والتخصصات.
وبينت المنصة، أنه يمكن الوصول لهذه الخاصية من خلال صفحة «إضافة الرغبات» باستخدام زر التفعيل (ON/OFF) ومعرفة سبب عدم الأهلية عبر الأيقونة بجانب كل رغبة، مشيرة إلى أنه لا يمكن للتخصصات الظاهرة أن تتحوّل إلى اللون الأحمر أو الأخضر، حيث يعود سبب عدم قدرة الطالب على إضافتها إلى بعض الشروط الخاصة بكل جامعة أو تخصص، مثل: (المسار الأكاديمي غير متطابق - شرط حديث التخرج - يوجد قيد دراسي - الحد الأدنى المطلوب من الدرجة الموزونة - تم الحصول على البكالوريوس أو الدبلوم مسبقاً).

While applicants from high school graduates begin today (Sunday) and tomorrow (Monday) to select and arrange their preferences for admission to public universities and technical and vocational training colleges for the new academic year 1447, the National Unified Admission Platform (Qabul) emphasized the importance of prioritizing the desired specializations, even if they are marked in red.
It was indicated that after that, applicants can place the preference marked with the "cup symbol" after the specializations that appeared in red, noting that this procedure makes the applicant eligible for additional opportunities in the desired specializations.
It is worth mentioning that the platform has enabled applicants to view the preferences for which they did not meet certain eligibility criteria for universities and specializations.
The platform stated that this feature can be accessed through the "Add Preferences" page using the activation button (ON/OFF) and to find out the reason for ineligibility via the icon next to each preference, indicating that the displayed specializations cannot change to red or green, as the reason for the student's inability to add them is due to specific conditions for each university or specialization, such as: (academic track not matching - recent graduate requirement - there is a study restriction - minimum required weighted score - previously obtained a bachelor's degree or diploma).
