ملتقى خريجي الجامعات السعودية في البلقان يعزز التواصل الأكاديمي

A scientific seminar was held on the Kingdom's experience in attracting international students in the Albanian capital, Tirana, chaired by Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulrahman Al-Asmari, the Vice President for Educational Affairs at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University. During the seminar, many deans of admissions and registration from Saudi universities discussed the challenges and opportunities related to attracting international students, emphasizing the importance of developing educational programs and improving service quality to enhance the Kingdom's position as a global educational hub in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030. This took place at the conclusion of the first day of the first session of the forum for graduates of Saudi universities from the Balkan countries, organized by Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, the Islamic University of Medina, and Umm Al-Qura University in cooperation with the Ministry of Education in Tirana.

The first session was titled "The Efforts of Graduates in Clarifying the Correct Islamic Creed and Promoting the Method of Moderation and Balance," chaired by Dr. Ahmed bin Salem Al-Amri, the President of Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, with the participation of several academics and graduates. The session opened with a speech by the head of the Sharia Research Center at Imam University, Dr. Mohammed bin Hassan Al-Sheikh, who reviewed the importance of instilling the values of moderation and balance, followed by several scientific papers presented by Dr. Fatmir Ghani Zaimi, Dr. Bali Muslih Sadiq, and Dr. Ismail Baradhoushi. The second session was chaired by the Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the Republic of Albania, Faisal bin Ghazi Hafzi, titled "Enhancing the Role of Graduates in Teaching and Spreading the Arabic Language," with the participation of several academics and graduates from the Balkan countries. The session was opened by the head of the College of Da'wah and Fundamentals of Religion at Umm Al-Qura University, Dr. Abdullah bin Musa Al-Kathiri, followed by scientific papers presented by a group of academics addressing the role of graduates in enhancing Arabic language education and the associated challenges.
