وتضع الحكومة المنشآت المحققة مستهدفات السعودة على رأس قائمة المؤشرات الخضراء؛ ما يتيح لها التمتع بمزايا لا يتمتع بها إلا من جعل من السعودة غايةً لا مجرد وسيلة لتحقيق كسب نقاط وقتية من خلال الاستقطاب الافتراضي، الذي يوحي بأنه يريح الشاب والفتاة؛ ويدفع لهم مكافآت دون تمكين من ممارسة أي مهمات، ما يعطل مواهبهم ويشل قدراتهم.
