طرحت المنصة الإلكترونية الموحدة لاستطلاع آراء العموم والجهات الحكومية 21 مشروعًا ذا صلة بالشأن الاقتصادي والتنموي، بالتعاون مع 14 جهة حكومية؛ لتمكين أصحاب المصلحة، من إبداء المرئيات والمقترحات حولها قبل إقرارها.
وتضمنت المشروعات المطروحة عبر المنصة، مشروع (لائحة الغرامات والجزاءات عن المخالفات البلدية للهيئة الملكية للجبيل وينبع)؛ الذي تهدف من خلاله إلى تطوير لائحة الغرامات والجزاءات عن المخالفات البلدية للهيئة، وتتيح المنصة الاستطلاع على المشروع إلى اليوم الثامن من يوليو.
وشهدت المنصة طرح مشروع (تعديل دليل ضوابط واشتراطات منح تأييد العمالة الزراعية)، الذي تسعى من خلاله وزارة البيئة والمياه والزراعة، إلى تحديث دليل منح تأييد الوزارة للمستفيدين من مقدمي الخدمة والممارسين الزراعيين الراغبين في الحصول على القوى العاملة، وينتهي الاستطلاع على المشروع بتاريخ 9 يوليو 2025م.
وقدمت وزارة البلديات والإسكان مشروع (الاشتراطات البلدية لتصريح إشغال رصيف)؛ لضمان انسيابية الحركة على الأرصفة العامة وتفادي إعاقة حركة المشاة، والإسهام في الارتقاء بالمشهد الحضري والحد من مظاهر التشوه البصري، إلى جانب تنظيم إجراءات استخدام المساحات الإضافية غير المذكورة في الترخيص، وينتهي الاستطلاع على المشروع بتاريخ 10 يوليو.
وطرحت وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية من جانبها، مشروع (الدليل الإجرائي لملاءمة برامج التدريب المهني للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة)؛ الذي يهدف إلى توضيح معايير اعتماد برامج التدريب المهني المقدمة للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، والتأكد من حصولهم على التدريب المهني الذي يلائم قدراتهم واحتياجاتهم، ويستمر الاستطلاع على المشروع إلى تاريخ 17 يوليو 2025م.
وطرحت هيئة التأمين مشروع (نظام التأمين)؛ بهدف تطوير قطاع التأمين في المملكة، وتعزيز استقراره ونموه، وتحفيز الاستثمار فيه، وينتهي الاستطلاع على المشروع بتاريخ 22 يوليو.
ويأتي طرح مشروعات الأنظمة واللوائح وما في حكمها من خلال منصة (استطلاع)؛ تأكيدًا على تعزيز الشفافية في البيئة التشريعية، ونشر ثقافة الاستطلاع لدى العموم والجهات الحكومية والقطاع الخاص، وإشراكهم في صياغة المشروعات المتعلقة ببيئة الأعمال.

The unified electronic platform for public and government opinion surveys has presented 21 projects related to economic and developmental affairs, in collaboration with 14 government entities, to enable stakeholders to express their views and suggestions on them before they are approved.
Among the projects presented through the platform is the project (Regulations on Fines and Penalties for Municipal Violations for the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu); through which it aims to develop the regulations on fines and penalties for municipal violations, and the platform allows for feedback on the project until July 8.
The platform also witnessed the presentation of the project (Amendment of the Guidelines for Granting Approval for Agricultural Labor), which the Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture seeks to update to clarify the guidelines for granting the ministry's approval to beneficiaries from service providers and agricultural practitioners wishing to obtain labor, with the survey on the project ending on July 9, 2025.
The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing presented the project (Municipal Requirements for Sidewalk Occupancy Permits); to ensure the smooth flow of movement on public sidewalks, avoid obstructing pedestrian traffic, contribute to enhancing the urban landscape, and reduce visual distortion, in addition to organizing the procedures for using additional spaces not mentioned in the license, with the survey on the project ending on July 10.
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, for its part, presented the project (Procedural Guide for Adapting Vocational Training Programs for Persons with Disabilities); which aims to clarify the criteria for accrediting vocational training programs offered to persons with disabilities, and ensure they receive vocational training that matches their abilities and needs, with the survey on the project continuing until July 17, 2025.
The Insurance Authority presented the project (Insurance System); aimed at developing the insurance sector in the Kingdom, enhancing its stability and growth, and stimulating investment in it, with the survey on the project ending on July 22.
The presentation of regulatory projects and similar regulations through the (Survey) platform reaffirms the commitment to enhancing transparency in the legislative environment, promoting a culture of surveying among the public, government entities, and the private sector, and involving them in shaping projects related to the business environment.
