وجّه وزير التعليم بسرعة صرف فروقات الرواتب الناتجة عن التحوّل من الصرف بالتقويم الهجري إلى الميلادي، لبعض منسوبي الوزارة الذين تأثرت مستحقاتهم جراء التحوّل.
وعلمت «عكاظ» أن وكالة الموارد البشرية في التعليم خاطبت الإدارات التعليمية بمناطق ومحافظات المملكة بضرورة استكمال جميع المتطلبات بشكل عاجل، على أن يتم الانتهاء من مراجعة البيانات وصرف الفروقات خلال 30 يوم عمل، مع الإفادة بنتائج التنفيذ فور الانتهاء.
وبحسب المعلومات، يُرجّح أن فروقات الصرف تتجاوز أكثر من راتب شهر، وستتم إجراءات الصرف قبل نهاية يوليو 2025، بعد استكمال الحصر والمطابقة.
يُشار إلى أن التحول إلى صرف الرواتب وفق التقويم الميلادي بدأ بتاريخ 19 ربيع الآخر 1439، بموجب التوجيه السامي بتوحيد مواعيد صرف الرواتب لموظفي الدولة في اليوم السابع والعشرين من كل شهر ميلادي، إلى جانب توحيد مواعيد فواتير الخدمات خلال الأسبوع التالي للصرف.
The Minister of Education has directed the prompt disbursement of salary differences resulting from the transition from payment based on the Hijri calendar to the Gregorian calendar for some ministry employees whose entitlements were affected by the shift.
Sources informed "Okaz" that the Human Resources Agency in Education has communicated with educational administrations in various regions and governorates of the Kingdom, emphasizing the urgent need to complete all requirements, with the aim of finishing the review of data and disbursing the differences within 30 working days, along with reporting the results of the implementation immediately upon completion.
According to the information, it is expected that the disbursement differences will exceed more than one month's salary, and the disbursement procedures will be completed before the end of July 2025, after the inventory and matching are finalized.
It is noteworthy that the transition to salary payments according to the Gregorian calendar began on the 19th of Rabee' al-Thani, 1439, following the royal directive to unify the payment dates for state employees on the 27th of each Gregorian month, in addition to standardizing the service bill payment dates during the week following the disbursement.
