تلقى ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، اتصالًا هاتفيًا، اليوم، من رئيس الجمهورية الإسلامية الإيرانية الرئيس الدكتور مسعود بزشکيان.
وفي بداية الاتصال، رحب ولي العهد باتفاق وقف إطلاق النار الذي تم اليوم، معربًا عن أمل المملكة أن يسهم في إعادة الأمن والاستقرار وتجنب مخاطر التصعيد، مؤكدًا موقف المملكة في دعم الحوار بالوسائل الدبلوماسية كسبيل لتسوية الخلافات.
من جهته، أعرب الرئيس الإيراني عن شكره للمملكة على موقفها في إدانة العدوان الإسرائيلي، مجددًا تقديره للدور الذي يقوم به سمو ولي العهد من جهود ومساع لإعادة الأمن والاستقرار للمنطقة.
Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz received a phone call today from the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Dr. Masoud Bezhakian.
At the beginning of the call, the Crown Prince welcomed the ceasefire agreement reached today, expressing the Kingdom's hope that it would contribute to restoring security and stability and avoiding the risks of escalation, reaffirming the Kingdom's position in supporting dialogue through diplomatic means as a way to resolve disputes.
For his part, the Iranian president expressed his gratitude to the Kingdom for its stance in condemning the Israeli aggression, reiterating his appreciation for the efforts and endeavors of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince to restore security and stability to the region.
