أكد أمير منطقة المدينة المنورة الأمير سلمان بن سلطان بن عبدالعزيز أن القيادة تولي عناية واهتماماً بالغَين بكل ما من شأنه دعم مسارات التنمية الشاملة في مختلف مناطق المملكة، بما يُعزز جودة الحياة، ويُسهم في الارتقاء بالخدمات المقدمة للمواطنين، ويواكب مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030.
جاء ذلك خلال لقائه المشرف العام على البرنامج الوطني للتنمية المجتمعية في المناطق «تنمية» الأمير محمد بن عبدالعزيز بن تركي، والوفد المرافق له.
وأشار إلى أن الجهود التنموية في المنطقة تسير وفق توجيهات القيادة في دعم المبادرات الوطنية الهادفة، وفي مقدمتها البرنامج الوطني للتنمية المجتمعية في المناطق، الذي يُعدّ أحد النماذج التنموية الطموحة، إذ يرتكز على منهجيات علمية ومجتمعية في دراسة أوضاع المجتمعات المستهدفة، وتحليل حاجاتها، ووضع البرامج والتدخلات التنموية المناسبة، وتوفير بيئة مستقرة وحياة كريمة لها.
وأعرب عن تطلّعه إلى أن تسهم منظومة العمل التنموي في المنطقة، من خلال هذا البرنامج، في تعزيز الشراكات الفاعلة بين القطاعات الحكومية والخاصة وغير الربحية، وتكامل الجهود بما يضمن تحقيق أثر إيجابي مستدام ويُسهم في إحداث تنمية يلمس المواطن نتائجها في واقعه اليومي.
وفي السياق ذاته، استعرض اللقاء جانباً من أعمال البرنامج الوطني للتنمية المجتمعية في المناطق «تنمية» بمنطقة المدينة المنورة، الذي يهدف إلى تحقيق تنمية مجتمعية مستدامة للسكان المنتقلين، والارتقاء بمستوى معيشتهم بما يتوافق مع الأنظمة المحلية وأفضل الممارسات الدولية، وبالشراكة مع مختلف الجهات الحكومية والخاصة وغير الربحية.
يُذكر أن البرنامج يعمل على تنفيذ برامج تنموية بمعايير وطنية تراعي حقوق الإنسان، وتُحقق حياة كريمة وبيئة مستقرة، تتناسب مع حاجة السكان في كل منطقة من مناطق المشاريع التنموية، وتسهم في توجيه الدعم اللازم للفئات الأكثر حاجة من خلال دراسة حاجات المجتمعات والأفراد وتحليلها، ووضع الخطط المناسبة لتنفيذ هذه البرامج والتدخلات التنموية على الوجه الأمثل.
The Prince of Medina, Prince Salman bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, confirmed that the leadership pays great attention and care to everything that supports comprehensive development paths in various regions of the Kingdom, enhancing the quality of life and contributing to the improvement of services provided to citizens, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
This came during his meeting with the General Supervisor of the National Community Development Program in the regions, "Tanmiya," Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Turki, and the accompanying delegation.
He pointed out that developmental efforts in the region are proceeding according to the leadership's directives in supporting purposeful national initiatives, foremost among them the National Community Development Program in the regions, which is considered one of the ambitious developmental models. It relies on scientific and community methodologies to study the conditions of the targeted communities, analyze their needs, develop appropriate programs and interventions, and provide a stable environment and a dignified life for them.
He expressed his hope that the developmental work system in the region, through this program, would enhance effective partnerships between government, private, and non-profit sectors, and integrate efforts to ensure the achievement of a sustainable positive impact that allows citizens to experience its results in their daily lives.
In this context, the meeting reviewed some aspects of the National Community Development Program in the regions, "Tanmiya," in the Medina region, which aims to achieve sustainable community development for the relocated residents and improve their living standards in accordance with local regulations and best international practices, in partnership with various government, private, and non-profit entities.
It is noteworthy that the program works on implementing developmental programs with national standards that respect human rights, ensuring a dignified life and a stable environment that meets the needs of the residents in each area of the developmental projects, and contributes to directing the necessary support to the most needy groups by studying and analyzing the needs of communities and individuals, and developing appropriate plans to optimally implement these programs and developmental interventions.
