طرحت المنصة الإلكترونية الموحدة لاستطلاع، آراء العموم والجهات الحكومية 22 مشروعاً ذا صلة بالشأن الاقتصادي والتنموي، بالتعاون مع 22 جهة حكومية؛ لتمكين أصحاب المصلحة، من إبداء المرئيات والمقترحات حولها قبل إقرارها.
وتضمنت المشروعات المطروحة عبر المنصة، مشروع (تعديل اللائحة التنفيذية لنظام الجمعيات والمؤسسات الأهلية)؛ الذي يهدف من خلاله المركز الوطني لتنمية القطاع غير الربحي، إلى تمكين الجمعيات والمؤسسات الأهلية عبر تسهيل إجراءات تأسيسها، وتتيح المنصة الاستطلاع على المشروع إلى يوم 30 من الشهر الجاري.
وشهدت المنصة، طرح مشروع (اللائحة الفنية للمركبات ذاتية القيادة)، الذي تسعى من خلاله الهيئة السعودية للمواصفات والمقاييس والجودة إلى تحديد المتطلبات الأساسية الخاصة بالمركبات ذاتية القيادة المشمولة في مجال هذه اللائحة، وتحديد إجراءات تقويم المطابقة التي يجب على الموردين الالتزام بها؛ بهدف الحفاظ على السلامة العامة وحماية مستخدمي الطرق، وينتهي الاستطلاع على المشروع بتاريخ 30 يونيو 2025م.
وقدمت وزارة التعليم، مشروع (القواعد التنظيمية لفصول ومدارس الموهوبين)؛ وذلك لوضع إطار تنظيمي واضح لعمل وإدارة فصول ومدارس الموهوبين، بما يضمن الاتساق والجودة والعدالة في تقديم الخدمات التعليمية للطلبة الموهوبين، إلى جانب توضيح الضوابط والإجراءات التي تمكّن إدارات التعليم من فتح فصول ومدارس الموهوبين بمختلف نماذجها، وفق المعايير المعتمدة، وينتهي الاستطلاع على المشروع بتاريخ 1 يوليو القادم.
وطرحت الهيئة السعودية للمياه من جانبها، مشروع (القواعد الإجرائية لمراقبة معايير جودة مياه الشرب غير المعبأة)؛ الذي يهدف إلى تحديد المتطلبات ذات الصلة بمراقبة معايير جودة مياه الشرب غير المعبأة التي يتم تطبيقها في المملكة، وتحديد مسؤوليات والتزامات مقدمي خدمات إنتاج ونقل وتخزين وتوزيع المياه المحلاة والمنقاة؛ لضمان مطابقتها لمعايير جودة مياه الشرب غير المعبأة المعتمدة، وتقديم تحذيرات مبكرة لاتخاذ الإجراءات الفورية في حال عدم الامتثال للمعايير، ويستمر الاستطلاع على المشروع إلى تاريخ 1 يوليو 2025م.
ويأتي طرح مشروعات الأنظمة واللوائح وما في حكمها من خلال منصة (استطلاع)؛ تأكيداً على تعزيز الشفافية في البيئة التشريعية، ونشر ثقافة الاستطلاع لدى العموم والجهات الحكومية والقطاع الخاص، وإشراكهم في صياغة المشروعات المتعلقة ببيئة الأعمال.

The unified electronic platform for consultation has presented 22 projects related to economic and developmental affairs, in collaboration with 22 government entities, to enable stakeholders to express their views and suggestions on them before their approval.
The proposed projects through the platform include the project (Amendment of the Executive Regulation of the Associations and Non-Profit Institutions System); through which the National Center for the Development of the Non-Profit Sector aims to empower associations and non-profit institutions by facilitating their establishment procedures. The platform allows for consultation on the project until the 30th of this month.
The platform has also witnessed the presentation of the project (Technical Regulation for Autonomous Vehicles), which the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization seeks to establish to define the essential requirements for autonomous vehicles covered by this regulation, and to specify the compliance assessment procedures that suppliers must adhere to; with the aim of ensuring public safety and protecting road users. The consultation on the project will end on June 30, 2025.
The Ministry of Education has presented the project (Regulatory Framework for Gifted Classes and Schools); to establish a clear regulatory framework for the operation and management of gifted classes and schools, ensuring consistency, quality, and fairness in providing educational services to gifted students, in addition to clarifying the controls and procedures that enable education departments to open gifted classes and schools in various models, according to the approved standards. The consultation on the project will end on July 1 of the upcoming year.
The Saudi Water Authority, for its part, has proposed the project (Procedural Rules for Monitoring the Quality Standards of Unbottled Drinking Water); which aims to define the relevant requirements for monitoring the quality standards of unbottled drinking water applied in the Kingdom, and to specify the responsibilities and obligations of service providers in the production, transportation, storage, and distribution of desalinated and purified water; to ensure compliance with the approved quality standards for unbottled drinking water and to provide early warnings to take immediate action in case of non-compliance with the standards. The consultation on the project will continue until July 1, 2025.
